HAL was interrupting roleplay in places he wasn't even supposed to be. I've shut him down for the time being until I can figure out a way to fix it.

HAL is Heuristically-programmed ALgorithmic computer. Someone read 2001. My only question is why, oh, why was an outlet created for an AI bot to take part in an RP forum?

HAL is supposed to eventually approve custom MS submissions.......but he's still being worked on as you may well be aware of
