I've been away at A-School & so forth (becoming a Navy man), thus throwing me out of the loop
BUT NOW I'M BACK & I HAVE IDEAS!
I've been playing Yakuza IV a great bit lately. I actually just bought it (lol). Nonetheless, I wanted to set up a RP in that form
I wanted the setting to be a bit towards the future, nothing much, probably 2020? I want to be able to keep the modern Japanese feel to it
Of course I will not be using any of the original characters from the Yakuza series. I will be allowing players to build the organization themselves
I'm looking to make this an entirely organized story just as it would be in reality. Therefore, I need creative, consistent players & a Co-GM!
I will allow to players decide upon decisions & conduction of their families being that their character is of the appropriate rank.
There will be no actual GM'n here because in all honesty there is no fairness in the field of crime
Coming into the story, you don't necessarily have to be a Yakuza. You do in fact to be affiliated though, with what family doesn't matter.
If the Chairman of that family allows it, then so be it.
Smoking, drinking & romance at a controlled level is indeed permitted.
I will be taking ideas on anything else you all feel should be added as well as conjuring up a map to give you an idea of the setting!
With the map, as Clans are created, we will meet & set boundaries along the lines of "turf" for the different Clans.
