Storm got off the bus and looked around at the beautiful camp. It was beautiful, though she wondered why she was being sent there. She didn't think that she needed to get away, but maybe her parents did. Maybe they wanted her away. She could be a disgrace to them now. With a sigh, she went searching for the cabin that she had been assigned to in the later that she had received. FOX. Well, at least that was good. Foxes were her favorite animals. It said that she would only have one roommate in her cabin, and there was a boys cabin of the same name, so don't get them confused. She doubted that she would. She wasn't stupid. And from the map, it looked like they were shaped differently, giving the girls more of what they needed, and the boys more of their own stuff.

Walking to the cabins, they were like houses. Not what you would expect from a house. Just small houses. There appeared to be rooms, and no outhouses, which she would have thought was a must at a summer camp. She shrugged. This was good. More privacy. There was a small court outside of the boys cabin, which made it easy enough for her to distinguish it.

Storm sighed and walked into her cabin, looking around and smiling. It was nice.

The bus screeched to a stop and Hina made her way to the front with her brother Hugo, or better known to her as Hu. They were actually twins - she had long red hair that often fell over her emerald green eyes, while his was short and spiky. But anyone that saw them could tell they were related closely. "I wish you were in the fox cabin too!" she said and hugged her brother who hugged her back, looking sheepish. "Come on. I'll walk you to your cabin." he said and grabbed her bag.

Hugo Evans was very protective over his twin sister, who was quite shy. She beamed at him and grabbed his arm. "Okay Hu." she said and started walking in the direction when she saw a girl up ahead. She had deep skin, like an indian, she thought, and found it very pretty. Her hair was long and dark, flowing straight down her back. She seemed to turn in the direction the girl did and found out that she was heading into the cabin that the girl had been heading in.

"Thanks for walking me." she said to her brother and took her suitcase back - it wasn't very heavy, but she was a small statured girl. And she had been rather sickly when she was born. Hugo was always very protective over her. She knocked gently on the door. "Um, ah, hello. Is this the Fox cabin?" she asked. She was a lot like a small mouse. Hu went to his own bunk, taking one last look at his sister before she disappeared.

Greg scowled at the bus driver as he scooped his bag off the seat next to him, the man had looked at him funny in the driver's mirror and he didn't quite like that. He shrugged and forgot about the driver, he was just another face, another person who took him at face value, the way he wanted to be taken. Having ignored the bus driver, Greg found himself completely surprised at what the camp looked like, he had expected something else, his parents wanted to send him way to reform him, after all. He smiled secretly, making sure to see if anyone was looking, it wouldn't do to bust his bad boy persona with something as.. insignificant as a smile. Another scowl replaced the smile, hopefully before anyone had noticed the small slip in his little charade.

Satisfied that no one else seemed aware, Greg sat his bag down and fished out a small piece of paper. On the paper the word Bear was hastily scrawled as well as a list of essentials that he would need to pack. Of course he had packed everything on the list, or at least the stuff he felt like bringing, what use would a swim suit be to him, or any of the other seemingly essential items that would have maybe a use, and that use he didn't desire. He quietly hoped that he would have some alone time, at least in his cabin so that he could shake off this ridiculous facade, but he knew what he had to do. His cursory search of the camp told him where his cabin was, and for now that was all that he cared about. He entered the cabin slowly taking in a quick glance of his surroundings, and after finding the accommodations quite... cozy, he threw his bag on the floor and sat on one of the beds. From one of his pants pockets he pulled out a book and slid it under his pillow, if he had enough time to himself, this summer camp thing might not be to bad.

"Summer of my junior year, and I end up here?" Jordan ran his fingers through his hair, a crazy half-smile on his face, "Oh well. You know--it could be one of those adventure thingies."

Jordan was pretty sure the bus driver in no way cared about any of the topics that he had presented to him on the ride from town. It was good entertainment, though, watching the driver react. He wasn't sure if Jordan were messing with him, were just extremely chatty and a bit touched in the head, or what. It looked like the summer was going to be full of all sorts of interesting social experiments like that.

He slumped back down into his seat as the bus rolled around the circle drive. Wow, this was it? Not a bad place. Jordan had a feeling he wouldn't mind getting too lost up here. Of course, there was the notion of never being able to find his way back again...maybe he would stick with a group.

His sketchpad was safely in his bag, of course. Seeing as the group of kids was about to get off, there was no point in diving for it, but Jordan felt the pangs anyways.

"Man, if only the guys could see this..." He muttered to himself cheefully as he shouldered his bag and trotted off the bus.

Arthur leaned away from the side of the bus: his forehead was a bit sore, given the fact that he'd pressed it against the window and glared outside for the entire duration of the trip. He ran his forearm across his mouth, smacking his lips a single time, and rolled his shoulders back. Reached under his seat for his backpack, and, slinging it over his shoulders, offered an awkward nod to the bus driver.

He almost tripped on his way off the bus, and - with a quick, hectic glance in either direction - he didn't think anyone had noticed. His eyes scanned the camp quickly: it looked a lot nicer than he had thought. That fact brought a weak grin to his face, momentarily contorting his lips. His tanned fingers adjusted themselves, one-by-one, against the single backpack strap on his shoulder, and he fumbled through his back pocket with his free hand. It took him a while to produce a folded-up and crinkled map; stains forming at the corners from passing through many hands many times.

His eyes squinted and he traced his thumb over the shapes. After an embarrassingly lengthy period of time, he found which blurb the 'Squirrel' cabin was, and immediately headed for it. He kept the map unfurled at his side, though, didn't look at it while he walked: the place seemed like it was easy enough to get used to.

Storm looked back at the girl that came in. She was so small, and cute. "Yeah." She said to the adorable girl. "I'm Storm. What's your name?" She asked, tilting her head to the side to let her long black hair fall over her shoulder. She smiled slightly and looked outside for a second before throwing her bag on a bed and sitting down. It was nice here, though she probably would have been happier at home. She could learn to live with it.

Jesse, who had been sleeping lightly in his seat, woke with a jolt as he felt the bus come to a stop and looked around at the wilderness. Oh wow, this place is really pretty, he thought as he got up and exited the bus, I think I'm gonna like it here. At least I hope so. Stepping off the bus, he looked around, getting his bearings, and then rummaged around in his pack for the letter that the camp had sent to see if his cabin had been printed there. Alright, so we've got bear, deer, fox, and... squirrel? Jesse laughed quietly to himself. Of course I would get squirrel. Slinging his pack over his shoulder, Jesse located his cabin on the map and started to make his way towards it.

When the bus stopped Bradley picked up his duffel bag, and his lacrosse stick and walked off. He inhaled the fresh air and looked around. Camp hadn't changed a bit. He walked over to bear cabin and dropped his bags on the steps. He would bring them in when the trunks came later via boat. He walked past the tennis court to the beginning of the forest. Then he walked to a group of thick bushes and pushed his way through it. He was greeted by the site of a wooden log, and a beautiful view of the shining lake. Bradley sat down on the log and stared at the water. It looked so peaceful with a sailboat in the distance. After taking in the view he got back up and headed over to see who his cabinmate was.

Jesse rounded the corner to get to his cabin, discovering, to his surprise, that someone was already there, knocking on the door. He hurried over to meet him, jogging the rest of the way up the hill to his cabin. "Hi there," he said to the new boy, panting slightly from the hike to the cabin. "I'm Jesse. How's it going?"

Greg decided that he would read a little, his cabinet mate hadn't yet shown up and that made it a good time to find out what happened next. He cracked open his well read copy of Split Infinity, and caught up to where he was. Books were a means of escapism, and Greg found himself increasingly more and more enthralled by the stories that were laid out by them. It was his guilty little pleasure, his true self peeking out through the tough macho exterior so that others would be fooled. A smile crossed his face, he didn't have to worry about anyone seeing it in the confines of his own cabin, so instead of worrying put his whole hearted attention into the book. Sometimes he would lean back on his bed with the book laying on his chest, in his mind the previous page or so playing out as if he were actually there.

Anxiety overcame him, he realized that it would be easy for someone to walk into the cabin and catch him reading. Greg searched around for some type of suitable cover up but came up short on his initial glance. He zipped open his bag and ruffled through his meager belongings, until he came across exactly what he was looking for. A recently bought issue of Maxim, to all outwards people looking in all they would see was a tough guy looking at pictures of half naked women and reading the articles. After hiding the book, Greg devoted his full attention back to the book, satisfied that no one would no what he was really up to. Seconds turned into more seconds, the rapture of an escapist reality right at his fingertips joyed him beyond understanding.

Lucy awoke just in time to notice that the bus was stopping. Eager to get out of the bus, she scrambled to get her things together and waited in the line of kids to get off. As she stepped out into the fresh air, she couldn't help but to let out a small gasp. It was a beautiful place. Much more beautiful than she imagined it to be.

Taking out her letter, Lucy examined the paper to see where she was supposed to go next. Deer Cabin. She looked around the camp and saw the cabins about 20 feet ahead of her. Lucy made her way over to the cabins, looking for a sign or something to indicate which one was Deer. She found one and proceeded to go inside. No one was there yet, so she made herself comfortable on one of the beds and began unpacking a few things. When her cabin mate arrived, Lucy would be more than happy to trade beds if the girl wanted to, but right now she just wanted to make it appear somewhat like home. She set up a picture of her and her best friend/niece, and placed a book and a notebook on top of her pillow.

"Oh. I'm Hinata, Hinata Evans. Everyone calls me Hina though." she said and bowed meekly, her hands folded out front of her cute green dress that matched her wide emerald eyes. She had been born here in America, but she had been raised between Japan and the US. Her dad was a Japanese business man that did a lot of traveling to and from America, and her mother had been a business woman from the states, from North Carolina to be exact.

"Its a pleasure to meet you Storm." she said, her voice quiet and polite. She watched as Storm threw her bag on the bed and sat down. She walked into the room a little nervous, and sat her suitcase down by the empty bed. "This place is really pretty." she said, looking around. Her father had been a little busy, and had signed her up here in hopes that she would open up and make new friends - Hina was very shy.

Storm noticed that the girl was shy, and felt kind of protective of her already. "It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Hina." She said, watching the girl, before standing up. "It is pretty here. I was thinking about looking around, care to join me?" She asked with a smile, running her hand through her hair. Girls were easier for her to trust, especially when they seemed so nervous and young. "We can go meet people, together, and see about any cute boys." She offered with a wide smile. Boys were easy enough, when you weren't alone.

Bradley picked up his bag and lacrosse stick, then opened the door. His cabinmate was already there. A boy around his age who was reading Maxim. Bradley cleared his throat.
"Hey, I'm Bradley. I'm guessing your my cabinmate." Bradley threw his bag on the other bed, but held onto his lacrosse stick.

Arthur managed to weasel his way apart from any of the other kids: still fumbling around with the backpack strung over his shoulders, and weaving around to find the 'Squirrel' cabin. He smirked a bit at the title: a lot of people would consider him something of a 'squirrel-ish' kid. It was only fitting.

He breathed in deeply through both nostrils for a long time before sliding the door open. The place looked pretty quiet so far, so, he walked over to a bed at random and dropped his backpack there. Sat down on the edge for a while, before wandering back out the door, and leaning in the frame; to look out at the rest of the camp.

She nodded meekly. "Thank you." she said softly. She was already starting to look up to the raven haired girl, alot, and felt that she could relax around her. It was easier for her to open up to girls than it was for her to open up to boys, except in the case of her twin brother Hugo. He had always been there for her and always defended her. "B-boys?" she asked, her emerald green eyes wide and a pale pink color dusted her cheeks. "Well, I can introduce you to my brother." she said quietly. "He's my twin."

He sneezed and put a finger to his nose, rubbing it slightly. Hugo was still looking for his cabin. "Huh, someone must be talking about me." he said, and headed towards the deer cabin.

Zach grabbed his bag with a swift motion as the bus rattled to a stop.Ignoring the bus driver he did a cross between a step and a hop to get off of the bus.For a few seconds Zach stared at the camp, assessing it Zach nodded his head in quite appreciation.Hearing the sound of tires driving off and tasting the bitter dust that had been kicked up from the bus's departure.Grabbing his duffel bag in one hand and pulling a suitcase bag in the other Zach started his walk towards his cabin.

Hefting his bag Zach saw a sign labeled "Fox" Fox?hahaha, crazy like a fox Zach thought a smile flickering over his face.Nodding a hello to the people in front of his cabin,Zach edged his way through the door and opened it.Quickly Zach closed the door behnd him, remembering not to lock it,Zach opened his bag and looked around in it.Rummaging for a few seconds Zach grabbed his trenchcoat.Smiling Zach donned his trenchcoat and sniffed the leather.Ahhhh, this feels better.he thought.

David sighed as he climbed off the bus, a backpack on his back, and a duffel bag in each hand. He sighed as he moved them both to one hand and ran his fingers through his hair as he looked around. He sighed as he put the duffel bags in each hand again and headed for the boy's cabin he would be staying in. He sighed as he passed several people on the way, he smiled slightly at them all as he passed, not really caring either way. He sighed as he got to his cabin and pushed open the door with his foot. He looked around and smiled slightly at the homey cabin that was more like a house. He threw his stuff in the entry-way and headed for the bathroom.

He emerged a few moments later, throwing his clothes onto his bags and headed for the lake, he was glad he thought ahead and put his swim trunks on underneath his jeans. He began sprinting towards the dock and he jumped off, doing a single flip before landing with barely a splash. He smirked as he surfaced and looked around with a slight grin on his face.
