WE WAITED TOGETHER FOR THE COWARDS TO COME
OUTGUNNED AND OUTNUMBERED, BUT WE WOULDN'T RUN
NO MERCY, NO QUARTER
THEY'LL PAY FOR THEIR SINS
NOW LOWER THE CANNONS, THE BATTLE BEGINS...

It happened five years ago.
Relations were tense at the best of times between the different factions of the 'real world' of 2955. While those who could afford it lived in their blissful little bubbles, we were faced with a reality of a violent, gang ruled world. Things were relatively stable, until the militant wing of one of the factions was accused of a brutal, unwarranted attack on the leader of a rival faction. War broke out, and by the time it was realized that it had been no less than an act of government, the plan to 'thin out' our numbers had worked. Less than 30% of us remained.
Now, we've built our bridges, on the outside at least, and patched together what we could. Some say that we're trouble makers, that we are children of war and restless in peacetime. Maybe they're right, but I sure as hell can't sleep at night knowing that my friends, that my family died for nothing.
Can you?

I WAS THE LAST CHOICE, NO VOICE, REGULAR KID
JUST LIVING OUT EACH DAY AND LAYING LOW ON THE GRID
BUT I LOOKED AT MYSELF, AND SAW I WANTED MORE
SO I ASSEMBLED MY TROOPS AND STOOD UP TO THE WORLD
