Personality
Riordan's whole personality is designed to keep others away. He doesn't even have to make any effort on his part anymore. Upon meeting someone, he will find some sort of fault, then says it in a very bored tone. You can count on that for every encounter with a new person, even if he has to make something up. Riordan will say whatever he's thinking at the moment, without any care for the ears of others around them. However, if it's anything positive, like a compliment, it will always come cleverly disguised as an insult or pessimistic remark. Because of this, you would be completely unaware if Riordan decided to make you his friend. Although appearing to be uncaring, Riordan finds great joy in mercilessly crushing the others around him. Usually mentally.
He knows no boundaries, not realizing when he's crossed a line, and instead continues to plow onward. In return, he himself has no qualms, no lines they can possibly cross. Mention his dead family? So what. They're dead, who cares? Somehow become his friend then betray him? He knew something like that was going to happen anyway. If anything, it's your loss. HOWEVER if he does somehow realize he's done something wrong, Riordan will agonize over it and will mentally pulverize himself repeatively, in private of course.
Riordan feels that life is one big game, that nobody's feelings really matter and are just there as a way to pass the time. He considers the whole school like his big playground for him to do as he pleases, and intends to cause as much havoc as possible. However, he hates the school board with a passion, and in an attempt to prove them wrong Riordan will do whatever it takes to keep the school running smoothly and maintain standards.
Though he may not look it, Riordan is extremely intelligent, bordering on genius. He has the knack of seeing right though people and situations, a well-known Kellard family quality. He sees everything as a mathmatical grid, with everything in it's place and waiting to be added or subtracted from the bigger picture. Riordan sees where things do and don't belong, and can tell what he must do in order to achieve a specific goal. As a result, he has time to mess with the student body as he pleases.
Brief Description
Riordan is slightly taller than average, with muscle befitting a guy in his youth, but no more so. In defiance of the school board, he has managed to dye half of his hair black, and pierce both ears. A partial albino on his mother's side, the principal has almost-white hair and red eyes. Not to mention extremely bad eyesight. If Riordan takes of his glasses the whole world turns into smears of color. He is never seen without some look of irritation on his face, though people often think his eyes look sad before they actually talk to him. When around people who know he's the principal, Riordan has a very commanding aura and anybody nearby can tell he's in charge. Around students, Riordan sounds very bored, and slightly dissapointed. This is to the point where most people dislike him the moment he opens his mouth. Riordan moves with an uncanny grace, the result of self-imposed practice ever since he was little. However, he isn't very fast, and get's burned instead of tanned.[size]

History
The title of 'principal' runs down the Kellard family similar to a monarchy, and along with it the masses and masses of the Kellard inheritance. So, naturally, there had been many conflicts over it in Riordan's family. Some bloody, some behind the scenes. The last principal, younger brother of Riordan's father, had his elder sibling assasinated when Riordan's grandfather passed away when he was six. Riordan's mother died of 'the flu' some three years later. And so he was left in the care of the school board, which is basically made up Kellards vying for the status of principal. Riordan's uncle died without children when he was thirteen years old, and the young boy was kidnapped 46 times within the few months that followed. When that didn't work, the school board attempted to use Riordan as their pawn, influencing his decisions with both the school and the family wealth. However, that ended a year later when Riordan dyed his hair. Had he not been the last with a direct claim to it (for only a direct Kellard can become the principal, if the line dies out the funds are to be divided evenly amoung the rest of the family), Riordan probably would have had an unfortunate, and fatal, accident in his near future. So now, fearing Riordan will end up like Richard with no heir, the school board is trying to do everything in it's power to get Riordan to take the soulmate test. The reason he fears to take it, is because a) whomever he shows romantic notions for will be used against him b) the school board will alter the test and match him with an easily manipulated girl c) the moment he has a child will be the moment the death attempted will start flooding in. He knows this all too well after what happened to the one girl he was serious about.
Soulmate
this will be found out after RP starts.

The school board will go to any lengths..., and unfortunately Riordan is still in their power for a few months until he turns eighteen. When that happens, he'll finally have complete access to the family wealth and will no longer have to deal with them.
You Found Me
I found God on the corner of 1st and Amistad
Where the West was all but won
All alone, smoking his last cigarette
I said, "Where you been?" He said, "Ask anything"
Where were you when everything was falling apart?
All my days were spent by the telephone that never rang
And all I needed was a call that never came
To the corner of 1st and Amistad
Lost and insecure, you found me, you found me
Lying on the floor surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait? Where were you? Where were you?
Just a little late, you found me, you found me
But in the end everyone ends up alone
Losing her, the only one who's ever known
Who I am, who I'm not and who I wanna be
No way to know how long she will be next to me

Lost and insecure, you found me, you found me
Lying on the floor surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait? Where were you? Where were you?
Just a little late, you found me, you found me!
The early morning, the city breaks
And I've been calling for years and years and years and years
And you never left me no messages
You never sent me no letters
You got some kind of nerve taking all I want!
Lost and insecure, you found me, you found me
Lying on the floor, where were you? Where were you?
Lost and insecure, you found me, you found me
Lying on the floor surrounded, surrounded
Why'd you have to wait? Where were you? Where were you?
Just a little late, you found me, you found me!
Why'd you have to wait to find me, to find me?
