Likes: Chivalry, Combat, Honor, and the thought of one day reclaiming his family's lost honor.
Dislikes: House Damian, The weakness, as he sees it, of his twin brother.
Fears: The thought of dying before his life's mission is done.
Skills/Talents: Jamie excels at combat, showing a proficiency with every known weapon that is both awe inspiring and frighting considering his age. At the age of 14 he proved his teachers had nothing left to teach him regarding weapons. Able to use a sword in either hand he shows non-linear thinking by often switching hands in order to gain different attack angles. And this non-linear thinking also shows in his novel approach to tactical combat. Rather then rely on old and tested methods he often improvises new tactics that have caught all off guard. Despite his reckless ways Jamie is rather good at harnessing his anger, using it to fuel the fire within. This in turn gives him a remarkable resistance to pain, both physical and mental.
Weaknesses: Jamie is reckless, easily provoked into combat. Which has landed him hot water many a time. Not a subtle man his skills at politics leave something to be desired. He has lost more then one ally because of his inept handling of delicate situations.
General Personality: Jamie is in essence a proud and willful young man who isn't afraid to fight for what he believes is his family's birthright. Although not arrogant He does carry himself with a certain statute that communicates much to those paying attention. An honest sort of fellow Jamie hides nothing, who you see is who he is. Forthright by nature he is ill equipped for the world of intrigue and politics that is a noble's past time.

Equipment

Gothic Plate- A Gothic style suit of plate armor it is golden in color and custom made to celebrate his tourney victories. Despite it's many plates and whatnot the armor manages to be light and flexible.

Red Surcoat- A cloth tunic that goes over a suit of plate armor it is set with House Winsler's sigil of a black panther upon a blood red field.

Memory- A long sword forged of near mythical Valyrian steel it is one of the few reminders of his house's glory. Light and sharp as a winter wind off the Wall it is dark gray with the rippling patterns so common to Valyrian steel. The handle is wrapped in tooled red and black leather and the pommel is set with a single red diamond of prefect color and clarity.

Kite Shield- A custom made kite shield it bears his Houses sigil.

Lance- A standard issued lance it is nearly 11 feet long featuring a castle forged steel head.

Long Bow- A 6 foot long bow it is crafted of ash and has a spiraling designed tooled into's wood.

Dirk- A near short sword length knife it features a rigid and narrow point designed to get into the weak spots of a suit of armor.

History

Jamie Winsler was born at his family's seat at Eyrie. The second of three sons born to his parents he was born the first of a pair of twins. A rather large baby he was in direct contrast to his more minute twin brother. And despite their similar looks this would be his defining feature physically. Growing up he dreamed of nothing but Knighthood. And as he grew into his lofty frame this became more and more of a reality. For even as a child he showed great physical strength, reveling in the deadly skills he was learning.

But the joy of childhood ended all too soon for Jamie. His loving mother killed by a Damian assassin forced the young child to became a man all too fast. Swearing revenge the child literally threw himself into his martial studies. Becoming a star pupil he absorbed lessons as fast as he was taught. Forgetting nothing he soon mastered nearly every thing the teachers at Eyrie could teach him. All the meanwhile his hatred of House Damian grew and grew till it was a fire in his eyes.

The death of their mother hit his twin differently then it did Jamie. Instead to his growing disgust Jamie watched his twin grow sensitive, proclaiming a desire for peace. Something the would be Dragon mocked him for constantly. And his delight was smacking the living hell of his twin each and every chance he got. But where as Jamie proved to be the warrior his twin proved to be the scholar. And so Jamie's strength met it's match in his twin's intelligence. And even the Dragon had to give grudging respect, going so far as to learn from his twin. And so his recklessness was tempered somewhat by the lessons his twin gave.

But nothing has changed Jamie's mind, his goals remain the same. The restoration of House Winsler to it's rightful place and the downfall of House Damian.
