In Kakuya town there is a maid cafe called Ayas Cafe. Aya makes the most delicious meat pies but no one know her secret ingredient. But when people are nosy they find the shocking truth and are immediately in danger. The nice Aya is actually a psychopath, serial murderer and a cannibal and her secret ingredient is human meat. The people who have known Aya for long and enjoy her meat pies dont believe the truth until Aya shows her true self. Then it is a fight for survival.

Ayas Cafe: The cafe has 20 tables and room for 80 guests. There is a kitchen in the back where no one ever goes. The kitchen is where Aya prepares the meat in the morning and during the day the cook doesnt really know what kind of meat it is but doesnt even ask. The cafe has a couple maid waitresses.

Kakuya town: Kakuya has a population of 25000 and has a school, a shopping area, many restaurants, a shrine, a park and Ayas cafe is located not far from the high school near the park.
