Introduction
Under the leadership of the King of Dragon's Rock the Dragonborn have lived in great harmony, and peace, despite their bestial nature. As legend tells, long before the time of piece, a powerful dragon tyrant called the Red King ruled over the island of Dragon's Rock with an iron fist, alongside his powerful guardians the Red Claws. For centuries the Red King and his army ruled over the island, taking what they wanted and pillaging the villages of their own people. It wasn't until 130 years ago that the Red King's fist was broken by a powerful Warlord named Tyberius Ironscale I....
Unafraid of the dragon's power, Ironscale lead an army of Dragonborn warriors against the tyranny of the Red King. Despite being outnumbered, outmatched, and outgunned, the Iron Army marched to the tallest mountain in all of the island, the Red King's home, Red King Mountain. In a final battle the Red King lied slain at the hand of Ironscale. After nearly 4 years of struggle, the land had been freed of the tyranny of the dragon and his minions...
With a victorious cry Ironscale ripped the throat of the beast out of its body, keeping its venom sack in tack. Taking it back to the home of his people, Ironscale was able to light 3 fires with the venom left in the pouch. From that moment on, it was declared to never let the 3 fires go dark; or the kingdom would fall into chaos. Each king of the island is charged with the task of keeping the fires alive, no matter the cost.
Ironscale went on to become a great ruler of the island and united his people under his banner... So was born the Iron Kingdom.
Recently the Iron Kingdom has been finding seeds of rebellion across the island. Small groups of Dragonborn acting against the power of the Kingdom for various causes. None of them have provided any reason to be worried... Until now. An agent of the fallen Red Claws has slain Tyberius Ironscale II, and extinguished the Dragonfire.
Left with the task of keeping his nation in order, and now to relight the Dragonfire, Tyberius Ironscale III has called upon his alias in neighboring nations for support in finding the Dragonfire. 4 have answered.
