Brooke is a proud and thriving civilization surrounded by vast green fields and rolling hills, and is blessed with pristine and flowing rivers along both sides of the village. It has earned the respect of it's neighboring villages and nations. It's people are righteous and good... for the most part. Over the years, their young and stout Lord has proven himself worthy of his seat upon the throne. With a noble heart and an iron fist, he's lead Brooke down a peaceful and prosperous path.

But such things do not last long.

Greed, jealously, and blood lust taint the most powerful souls of this civilization. The Lord has recently appointed to his side, a young constable to be his direct authority to the people. Oblivious to the Lord's eye, he is known as a shady, vulgar, and licentious man. Soon after his appointment, the meager citizens began to fear him.

A murder has been committed against a good, and wealthy man of the community. The Lord is outraged and has sent his Constable to send out a message of warning to the village, and to those who may be responsible. All citizens of Brooke are required to report immediately to Brooke's town hall to hear the message.
