Introduction
Welcome to Arizona: Where the New Vegas wastes have to sit back and watch the horrors of these lands. The Legion are the only "law," and most people can't stop to see that they actually do anything. Break away slaves form bands of raiders, but only one has ever lasted longer then a week. Vasts garrisons are forming for another attack on the NCR Dam.
You may find yourself asking, "What is the Enclave?" If you've never been to the wastes of DC, New York, or anywhere else in the east, then you may have never heard of these tough lugs. The seeming Anti-Brotherhood of Steel, they bring lasers and explosives such as no man has seen since the bombs fell, which was long enough ago that said man would not have lived to today. "What's a vertibird?" Oh, thats just a giant VTOL aircraft with dual plasma cannons and turrets, packed full of power-armored Super Soldiers... no big deal...
If you don't know about The Legion or the NCR, then you can kindly go hang yourself back East. We don't need no stinkin' tinhorns yellowbellies out here.
Okay, yes, you understand that there are many human elements, but what about animals? Oh, those aren't a big deal at all, if you don't mind GIANT mosquitoes, killer prying mantises, and rhino-like bears. Oh, and radiation? Thanks to the Legion and the Enclave, the Grand Canyon is the only "major" source. Sure, nuclear waste is found here and there, but Arizona almost became a "clean land" before the bombs fell... it's too bad no one remembers how to fix solar power panels....
Technology: Are there cars? not really. Trains? Nope.... but we've got vertiberds and A.P.C's.... Does that not make sense to you? Giant machines of war, yet no simple labor-saving devices? Think about it this way: The only two "goverments" around are the Enclave, a technologically-obbsesive powerhouse, and the Legion, whom go without explanation as THE source of military power in the Arizona Wastes.
Weapons: From sticks to Super Sledges and Sling shots to Heavy Plasma returts, you needn't worry about this...
Apothecary: While Legion shuns chems and supplies its soldiers with traditional medicine, the Enclave sells stimpacks and anti-rad medication for a decent some of Legion coin (Caps, though popular among traders heading in and out of Arizona, are far less valuable among the Enclave and Legion)
Armor: If you're wearing power armor (Who trained you?!) or a Legion suit, you better explain yourself fast before you're nailed to a cross....
Alliances: The Enclave and Legion are on the same side, though friction is rising between them. The Burning Men are a group of run-away slaves, trapped traders, and Legion deserters.
Capitals:
Legion: Bullhead city, northwest, just south of North Vegas Henderson, the big irradiated spot.
Enclave: Nogales in the south.
Burning Men: The Black Mesa.
Raiders/Slavers: LukeVille.
Muties: Phoenix (duh) and Alpine.
Traders: Widow Rock.
(secret): By the coast, south west of Arizona.
Character sheet:
Name, first and last
Gender
Age
Description
Gear (limits. No active NCR, Enclave, or Legion soldiers. Stolen and purchased items acceptable, but, as said, limited. Max of a firearm, sidearm, and melee weapon + ammo, and armor)
Personality should include: Favored Factions, hated Factions, interests, goals, motivations.
HOW TO READ THE MAP:
Red: Legion land
Crazy colored Phoenix: DO NOT GO THERE!
Green: Literally glowing green with rads!
Dark Blue: Burning Men
Black: Enclave
Brown: No man's land (WAY too many muties)
Cyan: Raiders/Slavers/
Pale Blue: Traders (widow rock is the biggest concentration of traders)
White: Neutral City
Pink/Purple/fuchsia-type-thing: where we start
more to be added if necessary.
Orange: (Secret)
(yes I know vaults aren't included)
Bull Head City: (capital of Legion)
Red areas: Legion-only land! DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT PERMISSION! Winterhaven estates are a large collection of Multi-storied buildings (most of them untouched by war), and the capital of the city. The only "clean" water source, Riverview, is heavily guarded and rationed out for a high price to non-soldiers. (the Enclave maintain and embassy in Winterhaven, but, for the most part, stay the hell out of the city)((ignore the red line all the way to the right-hand side of the map))
White: Thanks to the Followers of the Apocalypse, Bullhead is thoroughly supplied with electricity.
Grey: City walls, especially fortified near the brown area.
Brown: No man's land, full of muties. Blocking the city from the Colorado River.
Green: rads... duh....
Red: Legion Embassy (although mostly used as a means of spying on the Enclave and a foreign training ground)
Black: Obviously the Enclave. Barracks and headquarters on the right side (with all the squares/rectangles), research and main underground base on the left.
White: FOTA (Followers of the apocalypse). White circle: Their fresh water. Small area by the Enclave. The Enclave and FOTA don't get along very well, but they have.... reasons to not kill the either... (the FOTA being pacifist, and the Enclave needing prewar knowledge/science that they do not already have)
White trail along highway 312: Caravan Path, (mostly) toll free.
Fuchsia area by water: Mirelurk/other creatures testing area. HIGHLY DANGEROUS

Fallout: Arizona
The owner of this roleplay hasn't added any places yet; so we're dropping you into the Multiverse.

Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
There is a Fallout: Seattle for super serious roleplayers, but I'm pretty sure it started already.
Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
Forget about it. I'll find another Fallout RP. Enjoy yours.

Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
Maybe you could get some cool radiation stuff...unless it kills you first.... but you wont be able to have children :)
Toku is a street-fighteresque game... it came first...
Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
I perfer his later 'Renai-blowyoshitup-ssance' work. You?
No worries. No powers at all. XD
Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
He does look street fighter, but what do you mean by Toku? o.o
It's Kenshiro. He's from another Post Apocalyptic piece of fiction: Fist Of the North Star. He's based off of Mad Max and Bruce Lee, and I just damned love the armor he has/leather armor from Fallout and Mad Max, so I tend to use it.
Don't worry: My OC knows martial arts, but he can't do anything DBZ. Although I am interested in having him learn real life feats like Iron Crotch, Iron Skin, Iron Palm, and such.
Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
RP IS FULL now. Jay u have the last character. Good job :)
Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
Give me one chance, and I can make a character that could really work for this RP. I had in mind a traveling chef/ or lover of the various food the apocalypse has spawned, who at the same time, is an excellent fist fighter. He's not an active member of any group, and would work better than that crazy Fanfiction-esque OC I made.

Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
I'm not going to do the Trader's or Raider's HQ, unless it is necessary or specifically requested. Does anyone have any suggestions for maps?

Re: [OOC] Fallout: Arizona
The "old west" of Nevada (so a duster), mixed with riot armor... perfecto!
