This roleplay consists of many short stories that involve Fairytales turning to a darker idea- some thing darker then even the grimmest stories written by two men that had no idea that their stories would become so popular with children. Stories that were mostly meant for adults and young teenagers.
And given the belief in these stories that children of all ages held, the world seemed more and more real.

Little Shuteye turned into The Sandman and was believed to be the one to coo children to sleep with his stories and later turned to dust. He came in and out of the Fairytale world to bring children stories of Ashenputtel, Snow White and Rose Red, even the Twelve Dancing Princesses. Assuring children that the real world was only as real as they believed, and promising children a place away from abuse and neglect; A place that allows them to be themselves without teachers and close minded adults. But the things children wish for are not always bright and full of life.
There are times Children can wish for the grimmest things that only adults dream of.

Chapter one: The Twelve Dancing Princesses.

Shuteye: Have I told you about the story of the Twelve Dancing Princesses? Well this takes place afterwards. Gather around children of all ages and listen to my story of an evil Queen and her life sized puppets!

The golden castle lies in the middle of the precious metal forest, surrounded by black water that blends in with the night sky. The grounds surrounding this land seem to be made of crystal and glass, which can be rather hard to walk on- let alone run on. But is it not the point to keep the inhabitants of the Golden Castle from running away?

The Precious metal forest seems to be a maze to those who are not wanted by the Royal family: Layers of different metal and jeweled trees allow you to gage how long it would take to get to the castle. And as soon as you exit the Golden Forest. She finally see it looming off in the distance- never mind how these trees could grow from the glass ground! You finally found you're way.

The golden castle hosts the best parties in the whole world of Parable; men dressed neatly wear masks over their pure black and blank faces as they lead you into s small and rickety boat- and soon you find yourself dressed in threads that coenside with the forest you just passed by to get there. Colors of Gold, Silver, and other precious metals threaded with jewels of the strangest nature are dawned on you without you even noticing. And, for some reason, this does not frighten you- in fact, it lures you into the Castle's clutches even more!
And as you near the castle the sounds of music and the smells of fresh foods glide across the water in a serpentine fashion to grace you're nose with it's presence. The smells seem even more enticing then the jeweled dresses, much like a drug that is so strong that one taste forces you to keep going and keep tasting.
The men, as frightening as they are, bring you to the Castle docks and help you out with a strangely cold hand that reminds you of death. But you are willing to forget about it, right? Everyone has strange servants at times.
And, finally, you are there! Immediately being swept up in the party, allowing the other party goers to to force feed you food and drink until you can no longer walk- and you can no longer escape. Would anyone miss you? Would anyone really look for you in that castle? No, to the Queen you have just turned into another one of her dolls and forced to dance until you're feet are bloody and you can take no more. Then she will heal you're wounds and play with you for all eternity.

For this, you may choose to be an inhabitant of the castle, if you wish it. Or you may choose to be one of the young Royalty to come across this castle.

Royalty: Please keep an even amount of boys and girls. And keep variety on what sort of royalty you wish to be: There is more to Royalty then Princes and Princesses.

Inhabitants of the Castle:

Masked men: These men are silent when they wear their masks, but they may end up looking just like a regular human being. No one knows whether they are dead or not, perhaps even some sort of living doll? Either way, they are servants of the Queen and are instructed to invite people to the Golden Castle.

The Puppets: Every inhabitant used to be a human being, although eating and drinking inside of the Golden Castle put them under the spell of the Queen. Now they are trapped inside bodies that look like their own, but are nothing but dolls forced to dance. These dolls can be of different types of mediums: Clay, Porcelain, Cloth, Paper Mache, anything you wish.

The Entertainers: The Entertainers are dressed like Carnies and were never human, created by the Queen- they are there only to sweep you off of you're feet.
