The way of the pack is in our blood, etched into our DNA in our very nature. We look out for each other, care for each other, and overall protect each other.


"The war was a terrible thing, though it was centuries ago we all know the story. Though it may be hard to believe now, the two packs were once one ruled by two brothers. The Elder brother however was more the Alpha than the younger the pack was more willing to listen to him than his rambunctious younger brother. This made the younger brother angry, he was of the same blood line, he should have been just as much the alpha as his brother. As his brothers fondness with the pack grew the younger became angrier he started to plan to rebel against his brother, and that is just what he did. The pack split into two, brother against brother. Though the war between the packs lasted year it didn't end with the pack becoming one again, it ended with a treaty securing peace between the packs, though there is peace they don't exactly get along.



Now the Werewolves council of elders has called on both of the packs Alpha's at different times giving them the same Message:
"A war is coming, not one between werewolves but between the species of the supernatural world. It is time to put our differences at bay in order to protect not only humans but ourselves the packs must work together in harmony or all is lost."

For the strength of the wolf is the pack, and the strength of the pack is the wolf

Pack life is a fairly simple thing to learn.
Most young werewolves are introduced to the pack when they are babies, though some parents decide to keep their child or children away from the stresses of the pack until they are maybe five or six years old depending on the view of the child's parents. For most of their childhood young werewolves don't have a rank and basically learn how the pack works what the do's and don'ts are, when they turn sixteen they are introduced to the rankings, what their parents rank is, is usually what the child will become, it is very rare that they positions are changed around but if your Alpha finds you to be inadequate for that rank he or she can move you where they think you will be most helpful to the pack. When the previous Alpha or Alpha pair either pass away or step down, their eldest child takes the place as Alpha, when this happens the children of the previous pack become the pack whereas the parents become more advisors or guardians of the pack.
If an Alpha dies without an heir, one of the two Beta's will become Alpha, it is usually determined by the pack which of the two Beta's is best fit to be the Alpha.
