It was a dark night as a group of friends drove home. The fog was thick, but they still drove on. There was a bang and they woke up in the hospital. They hope they will get well soon and recover from their injuries. Though there is this one nurse. She bears a resemblance with a woman named Melinda who ended up in a mental institution for killing a family and nearly killing the group of friends seven years ago. But the resemblance is so close, this nurse has an eyepatch and far longer hair though. Otherwise the first sweetness like sugar and the friendly act. Something is not right and if the nurse is the psycho of the past, then the friends are in grave danger. Will they survive their stay or will they die in the hospital?


Bettania City hospital: The hospital is rather a small local hospital and Bettania city isnt really a city but rather a small town. The hospital has a staff of six doctors and seven nurses who attend to about forty patients. The hospital has a surgery room. four rooms for pediatrics, a recreation room on each of the two floors, a garden outside for patients to walk through if they need free air, a break room for the staff and rooms for up to four stationary patients each.
