Appearance: His golden strands remain of his ear length, though he styles his bangs back, holding it in place with gel to avoid it from distracting him at work. He wears a long sleeve black tight-fitted polo with sleeves folded to his elbows. He also wears dark blue jeans along with suspenders that hold them up in place. He wears light cargo boots made for chasing. He also wears black leather gloves with a large hole on the backhand and four small holes in between his knuckles. Lastly, he wears multiple straps with pouches to hold his "hidden" knives in place.

Personality: Kise being a man who values his job as a cop tends to be extremely serious when on the job. He never takes the chance to fool around but when off-duty is a different story. When at work, he strives to do his best at everything without missing any detail. He obediently follows every order without complaining, only because he trusts his superiors and comrades. However, when he is off-duty, he gets to unwind and feel more loose. He can get cheerful when around the right people, and being the natural charmer he is, he can get a bit flirty, though he is not the type to sleep around at all. He is also the type who values friendship above anything else, but he has a bit of a trust issue only because of his experiences in the past. Above all else, he still adds the -cchi at the end of the names of those he HIGHLY respects and deserve it-- which might I add is a difficult feat to achieve.

Background: Kise works for the police force as first officer. Trained under Chief Midorima, Kise specializes in knife combat and is assigned within the interrogation department, though he works alongside Midorima as his partner. He is known to be one of the youngest to ever make his way to the top of the police force because of his incredible learning ability. However despite his appearance and attitude at work, he holds a very dark past that allowed him to push further and much earlier.

Kise also works alongside Nijimura Shūzō in information gather, as well as in pursuit of finding Aomine's whereabouts. Nijimura is also the owner of the bar he and Midorima occasionally visit to to unwind, so they are all very closely connected.

His bond with his family at the age of 5 was very strong. He got along with his parents and two sisters, and pretty much lived the good life. He excelled greatly in school, though despite being horrible in academics (much so like his canon self), his ability to learn with action was just too incredible. He lived a good life, a life he wished would never end.

((This point on is still on the works. I am in cohorts with Aomine-mun and we are still on the way to building our story together since they are correlated with one another, so the information you will read might or might not be correct.))
To top it off, he met his best friend Aomine from the same school, when Kise (being someone who didn't want to cause trouble) was being bullied by his fellow classmates at school for being the teacher's pet. Being that Kise has always been taught not to hurt a fly, he never thought to fight back. On that fateful day, a young Aomine saved him from harm, and since then they have formed a bond together like no other. Despite Kise being a well-known student, he never really had any friends. The kids were either afraid of him or look down on him since his parents were also both in the police force. -- to be continued

After the timeline with Aomine at around the age of 10, Kise continued to live a life as he did, only with Aomine disappearing out of sight. It was rumored he was taken in by the mafia, and that was all that Kise knew. By that time, he assumed that he was kidnapped, also upon finding out that Aomine's parents were slaughtered. Kise then came to the conclusion that the mafia killed them, taking Aomine in their care. Because of that, Kise started to dislike the faction.

It was until something happened to his family that changed his life forever.

The facade. The facade that put an end to his dream of the perfect family. Knowing that it was all a lie. After upon finding information about the cops, Kise's own father was revealed to have been working for the mafia. Because his mother's hurting for the betrayal, she sought to get his father captured, caught, and punished. Unfortunately, and with no mercy, his father managed to escape and with pure anger, murdered her and one of his two sisters. "Mafia... mafia..." The thoughts running wild in Kise's head, to be taught not to hurt a fly... not even a damn fly... and that's when he snapped. With no control of his own actions, Kise grabbed for the nearest knife, and with his own father caught off guard, he made the first stab, and the next, and the next... until he was completely dead. Even then, he did not stop stabbing, then after that, it was all just a blur...

At that early age, Kise learned how to live alone. In exposure to the police force and being taken in (as also moving around) from a friend of his parents to the next, Kise learned the skill set of many different cops but mainly what he gave his attention to is knife play. Now at his current age, he lives alone in an apartment, learning to cope with life although he always finds himself out on the job.


Special Abilities:

PHYSICAL
-Perfect Copy: His learning curve is incredible, that he can learn months worth of training within days. The weaker the required skill, the faster he learns. However, if he attempts to copy a master of the said skill, he cannot truly call it "perfect" he surpasses them.
-Knife Play: As mentioned, he hides many knives all over his body, Some have said that he simple whips his wrists and at most, 3 on each hand appear out of nowhere. His incredible speed also conceals and deceives the human eye, as so at this point no one really knows exactly where he hides them or how many he really has.
-Mirrored Combat: Going hand in hand with with Knife Play, he is quite skilled at close combat, whether it be with knives or with his own body. He has a quick eye that can mirror his opponents movements, countering them and giving him the ability to block the opponent's mirrored attack.

MENTAL
-Twitch Detector: Handy when he does interrogation. Much like a lawyer, he reads onto the actions of his suspects rather than their actual words. While leaving Midorima and his fellow colleagues to do the note taking, he is required to interrogate upclose as so he could detect the "twitch".
