Welcome to C12, a city caught between two rival organizations and a band of citizens wanting to gain their freedom and independance.
It has been several million years scince the planet was nearly destroyed by nuclear war and what was left in the rubble was the two orginizations, the G.A.I. or Genetic Alteration and Implantations Corporation, and the Merc 13 Company. They both almost imediatly started at each others throats when they realized each others millitary might. Both organizations set up several cities to establish their rule. C12 is a city created by Merc 13 in what was once known as Washington D.C. The G.A.I. have targeted C12 as their first target to attack Merc 13 due to the rioting by the citizens that inhabit C12.

The G.A.I was a massive company that ran 99% of all the words medical supplies. They secretly began making "super humans" and gathering military might. They were the ones who pushed the button to destroy the world. Now the y run the eastern half of the planet. They built many bunkers to hide from their own missles.

The Merc 13 Company was a massive illegal corporation that did whatever dirty work needed to be done for the world. They not only stole and succesfully tried to replicate the "super humans" but also found the plans for the New World and built bunkers to protect themselves.

Almost all of the citizens of C12 want their freedom from Merc 13, but now that the G.A.I are going to invade, the citizens are basically having an all out revolution. Several spies for the C12 resistance have stolen the formula for a shot which can make people into "super humans" by enhancing several physical and mental abilities. They hope to use this formula to be their trump card in this 3 way war.
