Andi woke up to find the sun streaming in through her window. Odd. She didn't remember leaving the curtains open. She rolled out of bed with sleep still clouding her judgement. She closed the curtains and went back to her bed laying down on top of the blankets. She lay on the moment before she realized something was different.
This couldn't be her room. The window was on the wrong side, the floor was bare of books and clothing, plus it was wooden. She looked down at herself to find she was wearing an antique nightgown. "What the hell?" she mumbled.
She concluded that she had taken too much anti-depressant medicine the night before and was hallucinating. Sudenly a woman walked through the door across from her bed. The lady was young, pretty, and dressed like she was attending a Renaissance fair. "Oh, Bonjour! Vous êtes réveillés! Le mari, la fille est réveillée." the woman said. Andi at first thought the woman was speaking some alien language, when she finally realized she was speaking French.
A man appeared behind the woman, smiling. "Oh ? Bonjour Madamoiselle. J'espère que vous avez dormi bien. Comment vous sentez-vous ?" (The rest of the dialogue is "french" but it will be typed in english)

Andi rubbed her eyes, "Yes I'm fine, just having a weird dream, um who are you?" The man smiled. "I am Antoine, and this is my wife Émilie, we found you last night on the street. I thought you were drunk at first, but my wife said you did not look, or smell, like a drunkard so we brought you back here." Andi blinked, what a strange dream. "I'm sorry to have given you any trouble." Andi said hesitantly, "I am Andi, well my real name is Diandra, but everyone calls me Andi." Antoine smiled, "A nice name, Diandra, I'm not sure why you would want to shorten it. Do you have another name?" Andi hesitated, "Well Xenia is my middle...oh!" Andi realized he was asking about her last name, so she gave him her mother's French maiden name, "It's Paradis, Diandra Xenia Paradis, but like I said everyone just calls me Andi." Émilie seemed pleased with Andi's name and set down the bowl she was holding to reveal she was pregnant, she brush Antoine's arm lovingly, "Your name is very pretty Andi...Xenia...beautiful." Andi was shocked by their reaction but nodded.
They informed her it was June 20, 1789, which Andi remembered from school as the day of the Tennis Court Oath. The couple invited Andi to stay as long as she needed they even gave her some clothes. A simple dress, with a ribbon to tye around the waist, not exactly her style, but she could play along. Afterall it was only a dream...right?

Jax woke up, pulling herself from her white bed, pulling the red velvet curtains so the bed is hidden. She watched her maid come in, smiling at her. She pulled on the corset, tightening it for her. She then pulled the pannier on, tying it. The maid then pulled on three white, grey, and red petticoats. Then, she finally pulled on the gown for Jax, leaving the room after a quick curtsy. She walked to the dining room, the Head Cook greeting her. "Bonjour Jacqueline Archambault. Que voulez-vous pour le petit déjeuner ce matin parfait ? Fromage ? Fruit ? Légumes ? Pain ? N'importe quoi en particulier?" she asked, smiling at the adolesant. "Rien particulièrement ne dites merci pour la demande. N'importe quoi sera parfait." She said, dismissing the woman. Her mother came in, Jax curtseying to her. "Bonjour la fille, comment est votre matin?" Her mother asked, sitting down next to her daugther. "Bon, bon." she said, looking at the food coming to her eagerly. She ate, telling her mother she wanted to go out for a stroll. She grabbed her parasol and mask, walking out the castle.

Jax pulled on the mask, walking out into the Plaza. She is going to meet Émilie and Antoine, close friends of hers. She walked into the house, pulled off the mask. "Bonjour Émilie and Antoine." she said, smiling until she landed on Andi. "Who is zis?" she asked, trying to imitate the English accent, failing with her thick French accent.

Oh fabulous, someone else enters this weird dream... Andi thought. Émilie greeted Jax with a kiss on the cheek and introduced Andi in French, "This is Diandra Paradis, though she calls herself Andi, she is our guest." Antoine nodded and smiled at Andi, "Andi this is one our dear friends, Jacqueline Archambault, she comes from a very old family."
Andi nodded at the girl, "Nice to meet you. Do you live close by?" Andi adjusted her white dress slightly as she waited for an answer.

"Wee. I live zin the castle." she said, barely understanding her own words. She stood there quietly, smiling and humming a soft tune of France she had just learned on her violin for Emilie. "Emilie, voulez-vous que je vous joue la chanson?" Jax asked, taking her violin out of the case. She played the song, light and merry. She finished, a big smile on her face.

Andi could not believe her eyes, this was definately the most vivid dream she'd ever had. The room was stuffy and her dress itched slightly. The music was crystal clear. "Ok wears the talking penguins that are usually here." She mumbled under her breath.
