"I heard that there's a concert this weekend.
I think you should go.
The lead singer's apparently smokin' hot and super skilled."

|| Sound Essence ||
Sound Manipulation consists of many things; in Gwendolyn's case, however, it is magnified by ten-fold. By taking in the sounds around her, whether it be the chirp of a bird, the murmur of a person's voice, or a clang of metal-on-metal, she is able to take the vibrations that the sound emits and harness them to her advantage. Her power is shown in many forms, although only a few of them does she favor, seeing as she is quite new to her abilities and has yet to hone them to their greatest peak. She has the ability to use Sonar/Echolocation, like that of a bat. By taking in the sounds around her, she can 'see' in the dark and when her eyes are closed or covered and easily locate objects and living beings that most others cannot, along with giving off a call throughout the immediate environment and listen to the echo of the sounds around her. Because of this, her hearing is superior to that of most people, allowing her to hear a leaf fall from a little less than half a mile away - but only when she concentrates. In addition, she is able to emit Sonic Waves by converting sound waves into powerful bursts of energy.

Her abilities do not end here, seeing as many of them tie together to become one as a whole. Along with her Sonic Waves, she is able to amplify sound waves and turn them into bursts of energy; she can take any sound and turn it into an explosion. An ability that rides directly alongside this and coexists peacefully is Sound Absorption, which essentially allows her to do precisely what the name implies: Absorb sound. She is able to mute the sounds around her until they are almost deadly silent. However, the key word is 'almost', seeing as she has yet to perfect this power.

Finally she has the ability of Pure Harmony, Voice Manipulation, and Lie Detection. Voice Manipulation (VM), is the power to change one's voice to the sound of another, whether it be another person's voice or simply a sound that is made within the environment, such as a bird chirping. Due to this, she can recognize any sound that she hears. Her Lie Detection is very simple and explains itself - by listening to the tone of a person's voice and their heartbeat, she is able to tell if the person's words are true. Pure Harmony is her final ability, which allows her to convert peaceful sounds, such as music or the whisper of wind through the trees, into peace and, well, harmony.

Many of these abilities are limited to what she is hearing at the immediate time, how much energy she has, how well she feels, how hungry she is, and her ability to play her music, which is often used to create her abilities, yet most specifically Pure Harmony and Sonar.

Personality
Loud & Exuberant/Energetic
The first thing that anyone will ever notice about Gwendolyn is definitely how loud she is. In fact, it can be quite the put-off, much to her lack of knowledge. She is often found to be shouting without even realizing that she is doing so. This is easily caused by her contagious, energetic nature, which is shown by her constant movement and jumping motions. She is hardly ever seen sitting still, but instead will simply either put around doing random things or will be bouncing her leg, tapping her fingers, or twirling her hair - or a combination of all three.
Interesting
If there is one thing to be said about Gwen, it is that she is a very interesting individual. Due to her excitable nature, she is rarely seen sitting still, so is often running off to get herself into some sort of mischief. She will do random things that most people would not even think of doing, along with say random things that most people would not say. She is always seen with a beaming smile on her face - unless someone has done something to provoke a reaction out of her. It's honestly the best thing ever to get a rise out of Gwen, no matter what kind of response you pull from her, and simply because of her facial expressions. She makes some of the most hilarious of faces that anyone could ever see.
Jokester & Hilarious
A memorable trait of Gwendolyn is definitely her humor. While it's easy to find someone with a good or even decent sense of humor, she is one-of-a-kind. Her humor borders on insanity, causing many people to doubt her mental state. As stated before, she will often be seen doing the oddest and most random of things, whether it be randomly cartwheeling across a park for all to see, or running and climbing trees.
Kind & Gentle
Gwen is undoubtedly the most kind and gentle of people that could be found in the world. While most of her music battles against that with it's fast and upbeat rhythm, she actually enjoys playing songs very similar to Yiruma's 'A River Flows in You', which holds a serene and calming beat to it. Due to this side of her, she is often found to be volunteering at homeless shelters, retirement homes, preschools, hospitals, animal shelters, and more. It is very rare for her to say no to someone who asks for her help.
'Insane'
Yes, Gwendolyn is a bit insane. Not in the medical sense, but in the personal sense. 'Weird' may be well-suited to describe this trait as well, but most people simply call her insane. This insanity is explained in her excitable and exotic sections.
Loyal & Protective
By far her best traits, Gwen is one of the most loyal and protective of people that anyone could come across. One she finds someone to care for, she will protect them with her life and will stand by their side until she dies. She will take their secrets to the grave and defend them to the very end. Stemming from this is her serious trait, which, albeit rare, appears when necessary, meaning that she knows when to joke around and when to take things in a serious nature.
"What can I say? I'm one of a kind!"

History
Well, I suppose that I can tell you a bit about myself ... I'll just go ahead and start from the very beginning. It's an easier tale to tell by telling you outright every large occurrence in my life.

I was born to a wealthy Scottish family in a small town near Edinburgh, Scotland, on October 31st - funny, right? My parents were Marie Antoinette Demitriou and Saul Ren Rosetto. After my birth, there was Johnathon Jeremial Demitriou and Amelia Antoinette Demitriou, a pair of beautiful baby twins, who were four years younger than me.

My parents made most of their wealth in the wine business and named their alcohol An Grá Demitriou
- The Love of Demitriou. The Demitriou exports were well-known among high-society members, and after quite some time, they began to receive invites to private parties by rich socialites. Of course, to their great regrets, they were gone from their children more and more often over the remaining years of their lives. Having hired a Governess and a nanny for their children, they found some of their guilt and sorrow to be eased, and went about their careers.[/i]

"I ... I'm sorry, but I can't continue telling this tale ..."

It was on January 19th that everything began to change.

Feeling well-off enough to retire for a few years, the Hood's returned home to be with their children, who were now six and two years of age. The governess and nanny were given the week off, and as a celebration of their return home, and despite the cold that chilled the outdoors and anyone who dared to brave it, they decided to have a fire.

Snow would not be their friend on that night.

Although still a child in most and many ways, Gwendolyn was quite the mature young six year old, who would be seven in little less than a month. Noting the maturity in the young girl as she dealt with her siblings and practically raised them herself, the Gemitriou couple put her in charge of distinguishing the fire at the end of the night, while they returned the twins to their room.

What a mistake that would turn out to be.

Having thought that she took care of the fire, the little girl returned to her own room and settled into bed, and for the first time in months, was tucked in and sung to by her mother and father. After gentle kisses goodnight, they left.

It was eleven-thirty-two pm. on January 19th, four members of the Demitriou family left the world.

Gwendolyn survived only out of sheer instinct alone. She managed to escape out of her window and run for help, but only after she severely burnt her hands from the protecting her face from the fires. Several licks of fire captured her and her arm and shoulder also, and in her haste to escaped the burning wreckage of a home, she tripped and severally cut her chin and forehead. Now drenched in blood, she managed to climb from her bedroom. The rest of what occurred is a blur to her, but in the gist of it, she managed to run through the slowly-rising blizzard to a neighbor's house, coated in her own blood. It was too late, however, to save her family, and the only remnants she has of them are her inheritance, her families' company, and a few keepsakes that were salvaged from the wreckage.

She moved in with her aunt, her aunt's husband, and her cousin in Japan once she was released from the hospital, but was diagnosed with what is now known most commonly to returning veterans as Post Dramatic Stress Disorder. She also has deep abandonment issues. When she arrived in Japan, she didn't attend school at the very beginning, but instead was held out of it for her own sake. Her shyness and naivety when it came to people resulted from her history with loss, and she can't truly control how she reacts to some things. Her aunt and uncle have given her a relatively normal life, despite the constant visitations to psychiatrists and doctors to ensure that her mental and physical health are alright, and is still on medications for bodily pain, depression, and PTSD.

As she grew up, she made several friends, despite her beginnings involving her as a quiet and shy young woman. Eventually she grew into herself and became the person that everyone knows at the current time - an excitable, sweet, and bubbly woman. Her friends in her band also helped her integrate into Japan quite smoothly by easily welcoming them into her group.

At the tender age of 18, Gwendolyn became involved with a young man a mere year her elder. They immediately were attached at the hip and inseparable, and their love was contagious, making others smile just by looking at the two of them. However, not all love is meant to be. A year after they began to date, Retsu invited her to move in with him. On the night that he asked her, he was murdered in cold blood.

Directly in front of Gwendolyn.

It was a simple street-robbery by a simple street thug. Sadly, this thug had a gun, and Retsu was no match for it. While the man had his gun focused on Gwendolyn, he accidentally pulled the trigger due to the shaking of his hand. The gun went off and Retsu dove and took the bullet in order to protect Gwendolyn. The thug proceeded to flee, and Retsu died in Gwendolyn's arms. The thug was eventually caught and sentenced to life in prison, but that would never undo what he did to Gwen. In fact, it's a wonder how the woman is able to smile, especially to the extent of which she does.

"My past is exactly that - my past. There's nothing that could change it, and it's what made me into the woman I am today. I [b]like
me."

Other
☠ She really likes cats. Like, really likes cats. Especially kittens. It's kind of weird.
☠ She eats more than any guy she's ever met, yet never puts on a pound.
☠ Gwen holds an irrational fear of dead silence. If it is so silent that she can hear the throbbing of her eardrums, she will literally be pushed to the brink of her sanity.
☠ In addition to her fear of silence, Gwen is also irrationally afraid of abandonment and growing close to others. She is a very happy and excitable person who seems to want to grow close to others, but will often hold them at a distance on an emotional level in order to protect herself.
"They're trivial facts, but I guess they matter to some people."

"OVER HERE, YOU DUMB-ASS! I'M WIDE OPEN!" Ellie's blood was boiling, her adrenaline was pumping, and her teammate was being, in her eyes, a complete idiot. She was open, they were right next to the soccer goal, and everyone knew Ellie was the best when it came to scoring. That's why the coach had on her on offense in the first place. That's why everyone passed it to her when she was open and by the goal. And yet, there was her teammate, who knew she was open, not passing it to her. He was just dribbling the ball back and forth like a moron! She could feel the sense of frustration inside of her growing, the irritatingly persistent sense of anger was unavoidable. If she didn't get to kick that ball soon, she'd end up kicking one of the opponents... On purpose.

Ellie watched as her teammate got in position to kick the ball. No you idiot, they're going to steal the---- NYGAHHHH! MORON! She watched in agony as she was helpless to stop the other team from stealing the ball. And as she sprinted across the field in hopes of catching up, she felt her breath running out and her legs beginning to slow down. She couldn't bear to run anymore, and maybe it would be better if she stayed midfield for now... If her team managed to get the ball back, then they'd have to have someone to pass it to, not to mention she had to get her breath back or her asthma might start to act up... Ellie found herself panting near the middle of the field, her muscles tense as she watched the ball in utter suspense. You've got this guys. Come on, come on... She held her breath and poured all of her hope into the hands of her team. If they won this game, she'd buy them all complementary, high-quality, expensive blueberry muffins from the new bakery not too far away from here. Maybe a mile or two? She could smell them all the way from the soccer field. In fact, her mouth was beginning to water...

NO!

Ellie felt her heart sink as she watched the opposing team score a goal. It was only seconds later that the whistle blew, signaling the end of soccer practice. Her team had lost, by one point! One stupid point... "Alright, nice work everyone. Remember, be here Tuesday. Also, Ellie, can I talk to you for just a sec?" She took a sharp breath and turned to her team's coach, otherwise known as Aaron. A nice man, she had to admit, but an annoying one at times. He always told her to try and be nicer to her teammates, but... They were the ones who were giving her a reason to yell at them! And she was only giving them her feedback; helping them improve. What was so wrong with that? She was only trying to help. Ellie nodded in response to his request to talk, turning to him with a bit of a fake smile.

"Listen, I know you're working on this, but you've gotta be nicer to everyone else. Treat people how you want to be treated." Aaron bellowed. In return, Ellie only gave him another nod, before walking off. She'd had enough soccer for today... and maybe for the rest of her life. She wasn't sure. If playing soccer meant losing again, then perhaps she'd do better without it.

"Whatever," Ellie had told herself. "Once everyone else gets here, I'm sure I'll cool off..." Shaking her head, she made an A-line for the park bench. She was expecting her friends in a little while; Bianca had managed to convince them to go to the park with her. She claimed that there were only so many days left until snow began to fall, therefore she had to get out as much as possible to see the birds, and the park was the perfect place to do that. And so, they'd agreed that they would all meet at the park around eleven o'clock on a Saturday, in other words, now. Ellie could never understand why Bianca hated snow so much, but maybe some mysteries weren't meant to be solved. Waving off the topic, she found herself lying on the park bench in wait of her four friends. "They should be here any second now..."

[Bleh, sorry for the rushed post. I would've posted for Bianca, too, but I'm in a bit of a hurry, so... yeah. Anyway, post away~!]

"Oh, where is the park again!?" Amu scurried along the crowded streets, eyes scanning the crumbled up piece of paper which showed the directions on how to get to the area of the park her small group of friend was supposed to meet at. Wind blew her short-ish red hair over her face, causing her running to swerve due to lack of sight. Often she'd run into a stranger, and being to shy to even speak, she'd bow her head as an apology for a quick second before realizing she had to continue running in order to get to the park before the cookies she had baked her friends got cold.

Luckily she decided to wear comfortable red leggings under her Long black skirt with the suspender straps so she wouldn't have to worry about the wind blowing up her skirt and allowing a stranger to catch a glimpse of her undergarments. Amu never handled embarrassment very well, and if something like that were to happen, she'd never make it to the park on time. Or at all for that matter.

She found the park by cutting a shortcut though a children's playground, filled with the young kids who's mother brought them there for the day on Saturday. Amu remembered when she was young and her papa would do the same. The though brought a smile to her thin, strawberry colored lips. It was so cute how her papa would be the only man standing in a field with many mothers. Amu never noticed, really, until the rare bully would step up to pick on younger kids. Papa was always there to save little Amu. And the reason behind her smile rested on those fond memories, like most smiled do. Amu loved to see other people smile just as much as she loved to smile herself.

Pushing happy family memories to the side, and kept running deeper and deeper though the tree's in the forest, constantly checking the paper to insure she was going the right direction. She started to lose her breath from her long and nerve-racking run, and it didn't help that the air was chilly from the oncoming winter. The rush of her movements always strained more during the cold, a simple scientific explanation Amu knew was the reason why, if only she could remember what her teacher had said about the topic.

Amu was surprised to see only one other person their, but also relieved that she wasn't late and didn't cause a fuse. Ellie lay on a bench in wait, and without disturbing her, Amu slowly walked towards her, trying to step on a trig or two so Ellie knew she was coming. Amu grinned shyly at Ellie, greeting her as politely as she could, then taking a seat on the ground next to the bench and leaning her head on the side. She wasn't going to trouble Ellie in sitting up when she already looked to comfortable where she lay.

"Hi! G-good morning, Ellie. She suddenly recalled the bag of sweets she had hand-made the night before for everyone to share. She reached her hand inside her 'Domo-kun' backpack and received a little wooden box covered in a yellow piece of cloth. The smell of chocolate drifted though the air as she untied the knot that sealed the freshness of the treats. "Want some?" It was always polite to ask and not just randomly hand it to a person who may/may not be hungry.

"Punch today in the face, and tomorrow in the -
Wait, this might be a G-rated audience. Um ... Foot?"

"Demitriou! You can't just walk around dressed like that! You will certainly give the rest of the band a bad name!"

"Oh come on Yu-Yu - don't be such a stick-in-the-mud - lighten up!"

"I already told you - don't call me Yu-Yu! My name is Okyo!"

Snorting at his defensive nature, Tatum rolled off of the couch in the official Immortal's Heart lounging room. His guitar lolled with him but he took great care not to bump it against the floor as he pushed up and smirked, smoothing the hair back from his face. Approaching Okyo, he clapped a hand on the nerdy manager, who jolted a bit and jostled his glasses before reaching up to straighten them. He squared his shoulders and pushed them up by the center, perfectly portraying the 'intelligent, managerial' type.

"I'll have you know that I am not a stick-in-the-mud. I am simply watching out for the band's best interests, and by Demitriou dressing like-like-like that," he stammered, a rosy hue lifting to his cheeks as he pointed a trembling finger at the young woman, who was currently sitting with one leg propped up on the stool that she sat on and the other leg crossed underneath in a very guy-like fashion, chomping down on a delicious chocolate long-john. She glanced up as she heard her name, having been tuning out Okyo's ranting, half a doughnut dangling from her mouth.

"What?" she asked around a mouthful of doughy deliciousness. At the action, Okyo feigned a faint before catching himself. "Oh, woe is me - whatever shall I do with you!" he cried dramatically, the back of his hand pressed hysterically over his forehead.

"Will you two take pity on the poor guy?"

Tatum turned his face to the side, his eyes glinting as he caught Anastasia, who was currently dipping the tips of her drumsticks into a bottle of wood hardener. A cigarette dangled from the corner of her lips and she was leaning forward, her legs perched outward in yet another man-like way. When Okyo saw her position, her nearly fainted again, his lips sputtering out nonsense about how they 'were beautiful young women with successful careers and lives ahead of them and should take care with their appearance and not do anything or dress in any fashion that could otherwise hint at an easy hit', or whatever that all meant.

Stifling a sigh, Gwendolyn pushed herself up, stretching, her joints popping as she did so.

"Listen, Okyo - you aren't a stick-in-the-mud, but you do need to lighten up. How can we expect a true and real reaction from our fans if we don't present to them our true and real selves in return?"

Okyo went quiet at that, his lips pressed together, the gears obviously turning in his head. Finally he straightened, brushing off his suit and once again adjusting his glasses, as he so often did.

"Very well ... I see that you have a point, Demitriou. But just this once will I allow it to slide!" With that, their manager turned and waltzed from the room, his face flushed with energy and God knew what else. They all stared inquisitively after him before slowly turning their heads to look at each other. Immediately they burst into laughter that was so intense that Gwen nearly fell to the floor. After several moments she caught her breath, wiping tears from her eyes as she snatched up her guitar. She hefted it over her shoulder and freed the hair that ended up trapped beneath the case, before tossing a quick 'See ya' over her shoulder. Immediately she was out the door, and not too long afterwards was out of the record label's main headquarters, Jax Records.

Immortal's Heart had been 'on the scene' for around five years at this point, having been recruited and sign on by Jax Records when Gwendolyn was at the tender age of seventeen. She had been performing long before that and had been the one to form the band when they were all around fifteen. It had started off with small, trivial shows, such as birthday parties and small-town concerts, but now they were prepping for their first world-tour, and one couldn't walk down the street without hearing a reference to the successful band. What had gained their instant popularity was the release of their top singles, Futatsu no Kodou to Akai Tsumi and Mind as Judgement. After the songs had been put out into the open, Immortal's Heart had exploded.

And the rest was history.

Swinging into a small cafe, Gwendolyn quickly purchased a large hot chocolate with extra whipped cream and cinnamon shavings, signed three autographs for a trio of squealing high school girls, and continued on her trek to the park. It didn't take her long to arrive, but due to the excitement back at the recording studio, she still wasn't the first one there. In fact, she was the third.

"Helllllloooo, my beautiful and amazing friends!" she cried, waving frantically over her head and causing many - and by many, the whole god-damned park was referred to - pedestrians to look up from whatever they were doing and towards the screaming girl. She received several 'crazy' looks before they melted into expressions of recognition of who she was. Immediately whispers ensued and a few more people approached to talk to her. It was yet another five minutes before she actually reached Amu and Ellie, hot chocolate half-gone and guitar case bouncing against her back. She reached up behind her head and scratched the back of it, laughing out an apology as she did so.

"Sorry for-" huff, "- that distraction-" huff, "- And being-" huff, "- A bit late." Pausing to catch her breath, she grinned at the two. "Have you been waiting long? And where are the others?

Fresh in Ellie's nose was the scent of her dear friend, Amu, and a more subtle scent of award-winning cookies. She found herself grinning as she hopped off of the bench to greet Amu. "Hi! G-good morning, Ellie." Ellie waved, her smile never faltering as she watched her friend gingerly take a seat on the bench Ellie had been on just moments ago. She was about to go in for a bear hug, right before she stopped herself, realizing Amu was in the middle of doing something. Containing her joy, she watched as Amu took out a little wooden box, revealing an array of delicious chocolate chip cookies. "Want some?"

Ellie nodded eagerly in response, her mouth beginning to water again. "Oh, I knew I smelled baked miracles! You know just how to cheer me up. Thanks a bunch!" She giggled, helping herself to a cookie. But before she ate it, she made sure to give Amu one of her infamous bear hugs. Once finished squeezing the life out of her friend in a cheerful manner, she began to eat the cookie. She didn't make a point to be neat. In fact, she ended up stuffing her face with the cookie, too excited for something as silly as manners. By the time Gwendolyn approached, Ellie had finished the cookie, wiping several crumbs off of her face with her sleeve. Speaking of her clothing, she was wearing her green and white soccer outfit.

"Helllllloooo, my beautiful and amazing friends!" Ellie heard Gwendolyn call from not too far away. She turned her head to see, only to catch Gwendolyn being smothered by a crowd of fans. She smirked, glad her friend's band was receiving all the attention it deserved. It always warmed her heart, seeing her friends happy. While waiting for the hoard to die down, Ellie turned back to Amu. "So, how're you doing?" She asked. "And, oh, great cookies by the way! Do you mind if I have another one?" Ellie tried not to grab for one; she was trying to work on being less aggressive when it came to asking for food. So far, she was doing well. "Sorry for-" huff, "- that distraction-" huff, "- And being-" huff, "- A bit late." Pausing to catch her breath, Gwen grinned at the two. "Have you been waiting long? And where are the others? At the question, Ellie shook her head. "Nah, not at all! And I think Bianca isn't too far away... At least, from what I can tell."

And almost as if on cue, Bianca came running from seemingly out of nowhere. The moment she spotted her companions, the already large grin on her face grew. "Oh! Hi, guys! Look, it's a robin. Can you see it, can you see it?!"

Bianca found herself staring in utter amazement at the display of pastries the new bakery had for sale. She was leaning on the window sill, licking her lips and trying to keep her mouth from watering, but to no avail. Just looking at their line of sweets made her envious to the core. Oh, how she longed to stuff her face with some kind of delicious treat. She spent yet another full minute eying the miraculous desserts, her look never wavering. She could stare all day, and that was Bianca's plan, moments before she heard her phone ring obnoxiously. Part of Bia wondered if it was trying to yell at her. As she tore her eyes away from the frosted cakes, she began to slip her phone out of her pocket, only to gawk at what it had to say. She'd left herself a reminder to head to the park the moment she'd asked her friends to join her in the first place, for she knew that she'd end up getting distracted somehow.

The alert said as follows. YOU'RE LATE!

Bianca found herself scurrying through the crowded streets, constantly pushing people out of the way, the word "sorry" tumbling out of her mouth multiple times. She found herself falling more than once, her clumsiness leaving her no mercy. She hoped with all her heart that she hadn't kept her friends waiting! The last thing she wanted was to worry her companions, much less keep them waiting for her in the cold, cold weather. Then again, they'd have to be in the freezing cold either way... Whatever! They were in suspense! She felt an onslaught of guilt coming on. How could she do this? How could she be so forgetful?! ...She was a horrible person. How could she ever live with herself--- IS THAT A ROBIN?!

Bia went from beating herself up to gasping in pure delight within seconds. Not too far away, she'd spotted a red robin. She hadn't seen a robin all year. The sight of one made her jump up and down in excitement! She let out a giddy laugh and found herself heading in the bird's direction, which coincidentally, was right around the park. She found herself running in the direction of the bird, smiling from ear to ear. On her way she incidentally crossed paths with her friends. "Oh! Hi, guys! Look, it's a robin. Can you see it, can you see it?!" She was staring at the bird, which was quietly nesting in a tree not too far away, though to one without Bianca's superior eyesight, it would take a minute to spot. She grinned and began to clap her hands in sheer joy.

Jamie turned around when she reached the door to their home, her big brown eyes staring at him. He felt bad. He had promised, the day before, that he'd spend the afternoon after school with her so that she could get her homework done. Of course, plans arose since then and, before long, Felix found himself telling her "no". After school had finished, Felix had gone to pick her up and the entire walk home was spent in complete silence. He wanted to say sorry, he wanted to do many things that he never seemed to have the nerve to attempt. But, like with everything else, Felix let it go. He'd rather have stayed silent than said something wrong. A faint smile curved his lips upwards and his eyes suggested the apology that he couldn't form the words for. Jamie turned without responding and Felix's smile dropped immediately. He sighed, before starting with his walk. He was going to meet his friends at the park, but he wished he didn't have to. It was another one of those situations that he couldn't seem to refuse or walk away from.

Before he even moved four steps away from the garden gate, he heard the front door open and his sister was shouting something. "Mouse!" she cried out as the puppy darted between her legs and sped down the path. He skidded to a stop before Felix and looked up, eyes wide and tongue lolled out. Felix held his arm up high to stop his sister from running after him. "No worries, I'll take him with me," he called. Without another word, Jamie walked through the door and slammed it behind her. With one hand reached to pet the dog's head, he sighed and returned his gaze to Mouse's eyes. "Guess we're going to the park," he murmured, before standing up.

Felix kept his eyes down, as he always did, when passing others in the street. It had become something of a habit. A bad one. He rarely ever looked up, unless he thought he was at risk of bumping into someone. His eyes focused on the ground just ahead of his feet, and he walked without hurry. He was pretty sure all of his friends had turned up already and were waiting on him; he was incredibly late, but Felix wasn't worried. I'm already late, he thought, so there's no point in rushing now. When he finally dragged his eyes up from the ground, he found himself closer to the park than he'd thought he was. Mouse barked excitedly as he spotted some other dogs running around, but did not move from Felix's side. He was a well-trained puppy, so much so that he could be walked without a lead and Felix wasn't worried that he'd dart off after a cat or another dog.

He followed some paths, turning where needed, until eventually he came across his friends. They were all gathered around a bench; all four of them. He muttered something under his breath, then approached. When he was only a few metres away from them, he noticed that Bianca seemed to be admiring something in a far-off tree but Felix didn't bother finding out what. He seemed to have missed her statement completely. His eyes went to Mouse, who was now being followed by a much larger dog; a Rottweiler, if he wasn't mistaken. The dog held a toy in its jaw and it dropped it in order to sniff the white pup. Mouse looked up at Felix, his tail wagging. He made a noise, as if asking for permission, and Felix knelt down. "Go on then, if you want," he said, his voice low, and Mouse darted off with the Rottweiler, taking the toy with them.

Felix stood and looked at his friends. "Morning, everybody," he said, dropping his school backpack beside the park bench. "Sorry that I'm late," he continued sheepishly, "Stuff came up."

[I'll post for Alexander at a later date, after I've finished the sheet. He wouldn't make an appearance in the park, anyway.]

Amu smiled a huge grin as Ellie devoured her baked goods with joy. When she saw her friends happy, a sudden wave of joy washed over her like something she had never felt before. Well, that was a lie. The felt this joy many, many times before, though every time the feeling is just so well welcomed and enjoyed throughout her entire being that it felt like this first time.

Amu nodded eagerly when asked if she could have another cookie. "Of course you can. I made plenty." With bright brown eyes shimmering, she reached into the little box, taking out one of the cookies with a tad bit of icing on this side from the iced mini cookies she also packed, and handed to her, hoping that it was to her liking.

She hadn't heard Gwendolyn at first, though when she turned to the panting girl she knew what had just happened. Amu smiled at her politely, happy for her that her band was getting popular. She loved to watch them when she had the time. Many of times she had actually considered asking for an autograph so when Gwendolyn becomes world famous (And there was no doubt in Amu's mind that that was sure to happen) she could say she 'Knew her when.'

Then yet another one arrived, Bianca. Amu didn't even have time to greet her before she started pointing to something and cheering. Amu focused her eyes to where Bianca's slender finger was directed, though she couldn't see anything though the branches of the tree. It was only when she squinted her eyes did she see a bird fly out of a tree. Amu hummed in confusion as to how Bianca saw that from such a distance.

Finally the last of their small group came up, Felix. Amu never really did very well around boys, though Felix and her often hung out with the rest of the group so she had learned to be more comfortable with him. Everyone was here, and Amu was happy for that. It was always fun when they were all together. That didn't happen very often nowadays, what with Gwendolyn's band and the fact that most of them were graduation high school soon. It was times like these when she was truly happy being outside with the people she really cared about.

"Yay, everyone is here!" she bounced happily and bubbly. "I packed snacks for all of us, if anyone is hungry, I-I mean..."

Come to think of it, Amu hadn't even tried her own food yet. So she reached down and grabbed one of the smaller shaped cookies, placing it in her mouth. She immediately knew every ingredient, from the sugars in the home-made icing to the baking powder she used to activate the flour. She even tasted the tiny speaks on cinnamon that had failed to wash off her whisk from her last baking creation, and had somehow fallen into the cookie batter. Though there was nothing wrong with that. It actually made the cookies taste very better. She made a mental note to add cinnamon next time she used this recipe.

Bianca (Bia) Willis

ImageEllie stared in confusion as Bianca pointed at a tree not too far away, claiming there was a bird. Sure, Ellie could smell the bird, but there was no way someone could see the bird. She let out a small huff of annoyance, before sitting up and choosing to ignore the subject. She took another cookie from Amu's little box, for she had been granted permission to, and devoured the cookie whole while Bianca kept marveling at the robin. Bianca's smile slowly faded when she saw the bird fly out of sight, though it quickly returned when she heard Felix greet them. She didn't catch what he had to say, only that it was him speaking.

"Felix!" She cheered, completely forgetting about the robin she saw and encasing him in a hug. Ellie snickered under her breath as she watched Bianca hug Felix with all of her might, which was really nothing. "You're late! But that's okay, because I was too. The important thing is that we're all here now and the sun's out and we can talk and have fun and be awesome!" Bianca only released Felix when she heard Amu say something about snacks. She then spied a box full of cookies and giggled, gingerly taking one from the box and taking a small bite. "Delicious!" She cried, as she sat herself down on the pavement, right next to Amu.

ImageEllie waved to Felix, smiling in the slightest. "Heya. So, now that everyone's here, what do we do?" She asked, looking around. She knew Bianca had originally called them here to birdwatch, but with Bianca's short attention span and the general uninterestingness of watching birds sit around and eat worms, that probably wasn't going to happen. Not to mention, none of them had binoculars, so Bianca was the only one who could actually see the birds... Ellie inhaled through her nose and smiled. "We could always play with the dogs; there are some not too far from here..." Ellie trailed off. She sniffed around a bit, as odd as it may seem, and perked up a bit when she caught a familiar scent. "Oh! You brought Mouse? Eh, nevermind..." Ellie let out of a huff of annoyance. As she thought about what to do, one of her hands crept over to Amu's box of cookies, but her plan to snatch another cookie was quickly thwarted by Bianca, who was quick to call her out. After pulling her hand back and taking a pleasant whiff of cookies, she continued to think about what there was to do. "We could watch a movie, maybe? No, no... I don't know. What do you guys wanna do?" Ellie asked.

"Well... we could, um... uh... Hmmm... I don't really know... Wait, why'd we come here again? Who cares! Let's do something fun! Like--- Like surfing! Oh, wait a second... nevermind. I think we need a beach to do that." Bianca murmured. She began rambling on about things they could do, though none of her suggestions were exactly relevant. After a minute of mumbling, she stopped.
