Ok i'll answer all these Questions at the best of my Minds ability at 1:02am.
The civilizations is for the most part Destroyed Destroyed. The war has been going on all the 30 years it took to make a new Jedi counsel. The city The Jedi are living in is the only decent civilization left. and Tantooine is the last place left of the old world.
The evil Sith lord resides on a whole planet he and his army destroyed then repopulated. Naming it Vascoel. He has 4 Droid Manufacturing-plants on his whole Planet. Creating many droids for him. and with this Army, he has taken over meany of the planets in the universe. Including the planet the Jedi base is on.
The number of Rough Jedi and Jedi will depend on how many players sign up for each team. Their is one Rough Jedi for sure so far though.
Things are more of a Wasteland than any thing these days.

And ok About the Calling them Good Jedi. That's for just encase a none Star Wars Fan decides to give the game a chance. They might not know Jedi are Peacekeepers like we fans do.

So what are the civilizations like? Are they under rule of this sith lord? Where does this sith lord reside? How vast are his armies? How large in number are the rough jedi and good jedi (which can really just be called real Jedi, since real Jedi are peacekeepers, not soldiers)? Are planetary systems in the same state of civilization, or have they become more dystopian or wastelandish?

So basically a bunch of questions about the setting.

Oh, and have any medical or mechanical advances been made that differ from the past?
