Until about 30 years ago. people lived simple lives and did everything with their own bare hands but then the steam revolution came and everything got better. Now it is just a race to make better machines. The steam revolution has brought many advances in medicine, labour, transportation etc. For example: Amputees and cripples now can use prosthetics to replace a missing arm or leg. Automatic weapons have been invented 40 years before they were actually intended to be invented. Carriages dont need horses but therefore have steam engines. Many people own flying ships which make it easier to cross the Atlantic. Even the first examples of computing devices have been invented to replace ordinary cashiers. Life has gotten so much better but it also doesnt always do good. There are crazy scientists out there, even evil scientists who want to use technology to harm people. London is a large city, where different stories take place but somewhere they come together: It doesnt matter if its of a policeman or of a scientist. But in the end all will meet and maybe even become friends.

The year is 1876. The plot is broad but interaction has to take place. Please use OOC to discuss how the RP will move on.
