In what use to be the Center of New York before it grew and modernized is an old and nonworking warehouse. Its history pours off it in sad waves, to the girl standing in front of the building, it was beautiful and just what she needed. There was a type of class to it, a simplicity that called to her. It wasn't a large building, probably used only for storage for wares even in the prime of its use. Peeking out of under her hair at the rickety old man who had accompanied her, she nodded to show that she indeed wanted to go through with the purchase of the building. Most would have given her a look of disbelief, others would have tried to talk her out of it, but the old man allowed his keen eyes to wander the face of the building. As the son of a one time construction mogul he could see the good bones the tired building had, how with every little clean up the out side would look practically brand new, from the illegal tour they had helped themselves too he also knew the inside was rather sturdy and really only needed modernizing. Plumbing, Electricity, and an A/C and heating system and it would more then livable. Looking down at the girl he nodded back his approval, she didn't need it but he knew it was expected of him to tell her what he felt.

A year later and a couple hounded thousand dollars paid out by the girls inheritance the building was repaired and hers, this was where she would make a name for herself using her unique skills of logical reasoning and rationality to solve crimes. Temperamental Investigations, now the girl mused, she just needed partners and clients to get her business up and moving.

The bases of this RP we will be investigating crimes, any one can come up with an idea for a crime to be investigated. They simply must PM me and only me and the person will talk it out and then our team will get a call from the police for help or a client will show up in need of help for the case. Why only me and the creator of the idea can know what it is before we play it out is so it can be more of a mystery.

Owner~ Temperance McKane: The only daughter to Albert and Victory McKane, who were rather rich after the creation of state of the art security systems. At the age of eighteen she lost her parents and she started to work about starting her own PI (Private Investigator) company. Now at the age of 20 she has with the help of her family lawyer and butler (odd combination yes but he stopped practicing law outside of her family when she was young.) Mr. Ryan. She is almost overly logical and can see things or notices things no one else does.
