Appearance: Yee looks quite like a giant mantis shrimp. He has six powerful legs that carry her crustacean-like body and two pairs of arms. Yee's upper arms are noticeably larger than his lower pair of arms and end in club-like claws; she tucks them into his body unless she needs to use them. His lower pair of arms end in four rudimentary finger-like appendages. Yee's thick bony carapace is a deep blue under normal conditions and is randomly littered with thorny barbs. Yee wears a filter over her neck which allows her to freely respire in non-aquatic environments. The only item of clothing Yee wears is a stylised colourless gilet.
Personality: Yee is an irritable being and does not like needlessly wasting time. That being said, she doesn't like to be rushed. Yee can be often found muttering to himself. While Yee can get annoyed quite easily, it takes a lot to truly piss her off; if a person does manage to piss him off, Yee will hold the grudge seemingly indefinitely.

Background: Yee became a refugee on her home planet after a global war devastated his region. It was during this war that she learned his craft. After almost dying when the planet suffered a global crisis, Yee fled after accidentally crossing paths with the current crew. The rest is history.
Bio: Yee is from a semi-aquatic species so she prefers damp environments. He has a fascination with bodily fluids and stores vials of them from different species in the Med Bay. Yee can respire in non-aquatic environments, but it's uncomfortable and she can't do it for extended periods of time. Despite not aligning himself more to either gender, Yee can get visibly irritated when others speak to her with the 'wrong' gender pronouns. As well as his general repugnance against Sentient Flora and Bestials, Yee strangely has a very strong aversion towards humans (and to a lesser extent, species that resemble humans).

Abilities: Yee is from a semi-aquatic species that possesses a range of natural abilities that include:

• Can respire normally in water and most other aqueous environments.
• Can clearly perceive light in the visible light and ultraviolet spectrums.
• They have the ability to change the colour of their carapace at will (this does not necessarily mean camouflage however).
• Bony carapace can easily withstand machine gun fire; the carapace covering their club-like upper arms are drastically harder and more resistant than anywhere else on their body.
• Can regenerate limbs; the larger the limb, the longer it takes to regrow (regeneration generally takes anywhere from several days to a few weeks).
• Their most fearsome trait: they can launch devastatingly fast punches with their larger upper arms. Inside an aqueous substance as viscous as water, they can fire punches at an acceleration of 102,000 m/s²; in air, the acceleration is oh so much faster.

While Yee is not the most mobile person, it is unwise to cross her in close combat. Her punches are lethal; she arguably has the strongest punch among the crew without trying too hard.
Yee has a surprisingly sound knowledge of medicine, medicinal substances and performing complicated surgery but, while he is very good and efficient at what he does, Yee is quite rough and unrefined with her actions. As such, Yee rarely uses anaesthesia in his work. She has no implants.
