Personality: Tobi is the life of the party. She's always willing to have fun, go out of her comfort zone, and act a little wild. Some people see her as "reckless" for her behavior, but she's actually pretty aware of what she should and shouldn't do. Of course, there's always times she'll find her self stuck in a sticky spot too. She isn't good at dealing with stress or sadness, and instead of dealing with it directly she may just avoid and ignore her problems. It's usually hard to tell if somethings bugging her, because she'll go out of her way to have fun if something is. But if she seems a little more pushy about something than usually, there's a good chance somethings wrong.
Of course, all that emotion builds up, and ends with a breakdown of some sort. They usually don't last long, as she doesn't like being sad. After a recovery of being sad or stressed, with or without a breakdown, she'll usually just snap right back into her normal self. She also has a bit of a rebellious nature, and has no problems breaking a few rules.
History: Tobi grew up with only a mother, who was pretty nice while she was young. Then her mother found a boyfriend, who was the kindest man you keep meet. On the outside. He hated Tobi, and while he never physically hurt her, he certainly did not go out of his way to be kind to her unless her mother was around. It went on like this for almost 2 years before Tobi began staying out late, resenting her mother, and letting her grades drop from straight A's so almost straight C's. Her mother couldn't understand what was wrong.
Her mom ignored it at first, but soon became agitated with her daughter. She started yelling, giving out more grounding than she ever had. It wasn't long before Tobi was fed up, and ended up screaming at her mother about her boyfriend and how much he hated her. How he was the reason everything sucked. Of course, her mom thought she was making it up, and couldn't believe that her boyfriend (and as Tobi found out later, fiancé) would do anything like that. She kicked her daughter out for lying, and Tobi hasn't spoken to her mom since. She made new friends, and rented a small apartment with what little money she made. Her grades improved again, but she was never the same girl as before. However, instead of being sad, she decided to be the best she could be and experience life to the fullest.
