The four nations; Suzaku..the nation to the South, governed by the Phoenix. Seiryuu to the East, governed by the Dragon. Genbu in the snowy North, governed by the Turtle God. And Byakko of the West, governed by the White Tiger.

The entire world is in upheaval, brother fighting brother...father fighting son. An all out war has raged, all in the name of power. Three Holy Scriptures hold the key to the end of the war..now..they only have to find them. Four priestesses have been tasked by their gods to find them..no matter what the cost. These women have been pitted against one another since birth, having learned to hate the opposing nations for the pain they have caused their people. Each Priestess has two guardians who see to her safety while she is on this quest. Problem is..no one has seen these Scriptures for hundreds of years...and they might just be a myth altogether!

These girls might just believe that peace is the only way to go, but the gods they serve think differently. The gods want ultimate power over the others, and they don't care what nations have to fall to make this possible. Will the world fall into chaos at the hands of the gods, or will one nation prosper above all others?
