The year is 2017. Two years ago a large meteor storm entered the Earth's atmosphere. The falling objects were made up of a very reflective, chemical filled substance that refracted the sun's radiation all across the Earth. These chemically induced solar rays hit many of the Earth's population. Not long after this cosmic event people with supernatural abilities started showing up. Some were taken for government research, but many either live in hiding or protected under governmental people's rights programs. Many first world countries such as the USA, UK, and China have these protections.



But things are changing. More crimes involving supernatural powers have popped up. Not just petty theft, but there is strong reason to believe some of it is organized. The public opinion towards the supers is very low right now, but there are some that believe in the good of supers. This is where you step in. You were one of the unfortunate souls that was struck by the super rays. The rays gave you unique powers, now will you use these newly found powers for good or for evil?

The idea of this roleplay is for you to set up a team of superheroes called The Squadron. I will be playing the villians.
