In the year 2020 a mysterious man only known by the name of Dr. Shavartago publicly announced an invitation to the world's greatest fighters of the world, and those wishing to prove themselves, to enter his tournament. The grand prize winner would then receive anything that he or she desired, regardless of cost, or any other possible obstacle of that demand. Hundreds of people competed in the trials, held on his personal island (Wayko Island) in the middle of the Pacific, about 400 miles west of Hawaii, between it and Japan.

Now in 16 years later, the tournament has become an invitation only event, occurring only once every 2 years. a maximum of 60 contestants are chosen all across the globe, some are world class premiere fighters, others are underground that have somehow taken notice of the mysterious doctor. Though the prize has become almost too much to resist, for all who have been chosen.

Those lucky 60 that have been chosen, in the year 2036 are now on there way to, Wayko Island to compete for the title of World Champion. Who will be this tournament's champion?

The tournament is publicly viewed, fans are ferried back and forth from the island by luxury cruise liners, as are fighters.

Every fighter is chosen for a reason, maybe they're just really good and are incited to fight. While others may have be called, to get a chance to solve a problem they have.

If you lose, you are not immediately kicked from the tournament. Every fighter that has lost is given a 'redemption' trial, to prove that they are still worthy of fighting in the tournament. That rule applies, up until the semi finals, then it a sudden death tournament.

There are a total of four arenas that each fighter will get a chance to fight in.

The Indoor Arena: What you would expect it to be like, if you saw a fight at a casino. The ring is an even 20 feet by 20 feet. It can fit a total of fans, and is often overbooked. The arena is a typical one, that you would find in a professional match of boxing, or ultimate fighting.

The Outdoor Arena: An open air arena, where the ring is 35 feet by 35 feet. This arena is the largest of the all, where all the semi, and final round fights will be fought. The ground of the arena, is made of dirt with no rocks. It's about 3 inches of dirt.

The Caged Arena: This special arena, is a small enclosed one. The floor is a smooth stone, that is 15 feet by 15 feet. The cage is 8 feet tall, and made of steel. The top of the cage is opened, but the edges are covered by a plastic.

The Wild-card Arena: This arena, can be anything from 10 to 20 feet long and wide. The fighters will not know what the terrain of this arena will be until they walk in. It can range, from a cage match in the forest, to an open area fight on the beach.

The island is relatively small, about 30 miles around total. There is a district near the center of the island, where all the guests stay. This small city, is lavish and luxurious sparing no expense to accommodate their guests. All fighters, are VIP's on the island having all their needs met on demand. Each fighter is allowed to bring whatever they need, or desire with them to train or otherwise. However, there is a crew limit of 12.

Cheating is absolutely unacceptable. Any fighter that is found cheating, will be removed from the island and banned from any tournament events. Reprieve of this punishment will be discussed upon completion of the tournament.
