Image

Personality:
One word to describe her is spunky. She is incredible jumpy and enjoys activities where she gets to use her body alot. She is extremely friendly and she would never imagine hurting somone's feelings unless they're being incredibly mean or rude because then she kind of feels like they need to get a taste their own medicine, but she feels bad afterwards and usually apologizes.
Despite this she is quite easily hurt herself, she is her biggest critic and handles it bad when others tell her something mean but she's learned to hide it well when she's hurt because she's too proud for that. She does not want to show a weak side of her. She thinks apologizing and realising you've done something wrong is admireable and she tries to do that alot.
The only thing that makes her feel better is her singing and she always carries her harp with her in a shoulderbag because she never knows when she might need it.
She tries to avoid conflict as much as possible since there is a possibility of hurting someone or getting hurt.
When she's singing she loves to jump around and she's got a big stage presence but she can quickly change her pace from something up beat to something more subtle and still maintain that presence.

As Kaori turned 10 her family went on a vecation to Japan just so that the children would get to see the other part of their nationality and Kaori loved it and so did her siblings so the family decided to move to Japan, although her father stayed in the US to work there but comes to visit from time to time.

Her singing talent was discovered as she won her school's talent show with her harp and singing. Her brothers played a lot of rock music and she started singing some of that aswell and found she loved singing that aswell. Her love of lullabies comes from her mother singing Japanese and English lullabies to her and her siblings when she was little.
Other: Really loves sweets and is usually seen chewing on some kind of candy or sweet.
Character Thoughts On Others:

Males
Sora Minami ~ "I've noticed his two habbits of sleeping and eating, alot. I think he seems friendly though, even though he doesn't really talk all that much."
Fate Sarutobi ~ "The shy guy? *chuckles* He's cute and I wish he'd speak more but I'm not gonna force him."
Chihaya Ogiwara ~ "Another quiet one, I just want to hug them all. He looks so cute, he looks tired all the time."
Dameon Louis ~ "I've only heard him being a bit grumpy and maaaybe a bit negative but I see the glint in his eye when he does something he loves and he works hard for it."
Tristan Aeol ~ "It saddens me a bit that he never smiles. I don't know much about him since he rarely speaks."
Nick O'Shields ~ "I don't think his gun makes up who he is. I'd say he's somewhat the opposite to what some thinks."
Jun Katanami ~ "His musical taste is great! He's very kind aswell and I feel like we have much in common..."
Jack Caraway ~ "Some call him a pervert but I don't think that's fair. He's super nice and funny!"
Robin Dumas ~ "He's one of the most hard working peple I've met, sometimes even too hard working. He's friendly but I think there's something more than just that."
Alexander Rammis ~ "I think it's a shame so many people are quiet or shy. I've never heard him speak once and I think it's a shame. His synthesizing skills are incredible though."

Females
Wotamin Yori ~ "I can tell she's sick and it seems to affect her voice considering the mask. I think her singing is amazing despite this."
Saki Yuuki ~ "I can tell she's careful around strangers with her attitude and I guess it's understandable to not trust someone right away."
Jayson Preston ~ "She is absolutely adorable, almost doll like. We haven't spoken much though but she seems like someone you could trust."
Anaïs Chevrier ~ "She's so bubbly and very sweet. Though it seems like she speaks before she thinks at times..."
Haruka Okada ~ "She's so cute but also very shy. I usually see her reading a book and it's a new one almost every time. I admire her ability to read so much, I wish I could do that. Maybe my grades would be better if I could..."
Esmeralda Farcaley ~ "So much energy in that small body, it's adorable!"
Miku Kuronomi ~ "I find her interesting. Both her personality and her sining. Very intersting indeed and oh so cute."
Charlotte Hansen ~ "Smart, pretty, tall, she's got it all..a bit jealous I admit. She's also one of the shy ones, I wonder why."

The alarm clock didn't ring this morning. It never did because Kaori simply did not own one. The shock it gave her in the morning was not good for her, it would make her feel shaky rest of the day. So, instead her second eldest brother, Shin, gently woke her up by pulling up the drapes, revealing the morning sun. Kaori slowly opened her eyes and yawned as she sat up, still in a drowsy state. A few seconds after sitting up another head became visible from underneath her covers. It was her ten year old little sister, Mimi.
"You let Mimi sleep in your bed again?" Her brother asked in a slightly annoyed tone.
"I did." Kaori answered as she got out of bed, walking towards her wardrobe. Mimi had entered her room during the night. She had had a nightmare and Kaori just couldn't say no. She'd never tell, but it made her feel safer with someone next to her aswell.
"You shouldn't let her. She's too old for it now." To this Kaori snorted.
"Tsh, you let me sleep next to you until I was twelve and Mimi slept next to mom. Oh, and you used to sleep next to Taku, remember?" This made him blush and leave the room.
"Whatever! Just get ready for school! It's your first day!" Kaori rolled her eyes as she got dressed. Her siblings and her were actually really close. Kaori was smiling as she noticed Mimi kept on snoozing in her bed. As she finished getting dressed, she walked over to Mimi and gently lifted her and carried her downstairs since the breakfast was ready.

Heading out the door Kaori's smile was still plastered on her face. She was so excited to get to school and do what she loves. She had her bag hanging over her shoulder with her harp in it aswell as books and such.
The school was half en hour walk from her house but Kaori didn't have the patience to walk all the way so she took her bike and managed to get there in fifteen minutes.

She stood in awe at the gates for a good few minutes before she heard a scream and what sounded like a splash. She already noticed a dark haired boy running towards the sound and another one running away from the scene. Kaori quickly parked her bike and ran towards the scream. As she did she passed the dark haired boy again, he was chasing the other boy.
Kaori saw the girl standing soaking wet. She approached her and squated in front of her, placing her hands on her shoulders.
"My goodness are you alright? You must be freezing! Who did this to you?" As she asked, the dark haired boy returned and apparantly, the boy he was chasing was the culprit. He apologized and ran away.
Kaori looked at the dark haired boy and smiled gently. "You did a good thing." Then she turned her attention the the soaking wet girl.

Nick O'Shields

Image Nick being confused as ever got out of the train terminal being escorted by two security officers. Nick had received employment at the school he was attending as a campus police officer of sorts, but the people outside of campus were a bit weary of him owning a firearm on his own. Maybe I should put this in my suitcase, that may save me a bit of trouble once I get to the campus and get my uniform. Nick thought with a but of a laugh and put his sidearm into his suitcase for the time being.

After a long ride to the school Nick pulled up to the gates and entered into his first day at a new school. Students were flocking into the Academy by the hundreds trying to get to their respective housing arrangements, but Nick went straight to the Security Office and received his uniform, jacket, armband, and sidearm. They made him relinquish his personal handgun which really didn't bother him as long as he got a replacement. Honestly he really only wanted to go to his dorm and lay down for a few minutes before heading off to the opening ceremony, but the person he was working for made him get dressed in his uniform and watch over the opening ceremony like most of the other guards had to.

After putting on all of his uniform Nick made his way down to the campus to see that everyone was crowded around the swimming pool, but didn't want to be a part of the mob mentality without back-up so he left it alone. "I know I am going to feel rotten if I don't do what I can to help." Nick muttered before doubling back and asking someone what had happened. "Some guy threw that girl in the pool, but another guy came to help and it's alright now." A student tried explaining to Nick the situation, but he just couldn't follow the way she had said it due to her lack of being able to tell a story with the right facts necessary. "I know you said it was alright now, but I am just going to see if they need my help." Nick told the girl and made his way to the pool before seeing a few students about ten feet away from the edge of the water. One was running away by the time Nick had gotten to the front and the others were talking to a very wet student who was crying on the ground, one was even bent down trying to get the girl to stop crying.

"Are you all alright? Sorry I couldn't help much, but I had just gotten here." His armband fell down to his elbow before Nick pinned it to his shirt sleeve and wondered if he should call for the school nurse to help him with this situation. Dang already fresh off the train and already straight into work, just my luck. Nick thought and wondered if his elder brother Andrew had to handle a similar situation his first day of work.

Everything as this school was so ... Weird. She'd never been on her own in Japan before, so this being her first time, she had yet to actually really speak to anyone from there for anything other then basic necessities, or translating for her family members.

The sudden onslaught of people was definitely disconcerting for Esme.

One moment she stood there, crying into her already wet uniform, and the next, a boy much taller then her - of course that wasn't abnormal. Due to her illness, her growth was stunted, so she was now abnormally short for her age. If one were to look at her face, however, they would be able to tell that she was a teenager - was shoving a towel into her hands. Through her tears and red eyes, for the chlorine of the pool had managed to get into them and stung terribly, she could tell that it was, indeed, a teenage boy, and a tall one at that. In the next moment, he was gone.

After his absence, she attempted to get a hold of her tears and sobbing. She lifted the towel to her face and rubbed at it, leaving her cheeks red and a bit scratched, and when she lowered it, a young woman dropped her hands on Esme's shoulders, her expression portraying her obvious worry.

Her lips were purple and trembling a bit, her teeth chattering, and she tossed the towel around her shoulders, holding it together in front of her chest.

"I-I'm alright," she stuttered, both from her remaining upset state, and the cold that had seeped into her bones. "Just c-c-cold," she managed to stammer, coughing a little. The apology meant nothing to her, and she glared after the boy, suddenly fired up. "Yeah, you'd better run, you big moron! If I see you again, I'll beat you to a pulp!" she shouted after him. Immediately afterwards, however, she sobered, and turned to face what was now a congregation of three very worried people around her.

She looked down for a moment, her embarrassment evident, and then sighed a bit. She pouted a little. "I'm sorry I worried you all so much," she said. She was slowly drying, and instead of keeping the towel, she removed it and held it out to the boy who had given it to her. "I'm Esme, eleventh grade," she said, using America and Great Britain's explanation for their years in high school. "And you are?" she asked, looking at the three.

Charlie Hansen

Image
Charlie groaned quietly as someone shook her shoulder and she lifted her bed for her mother's hosiptal bed.
A young nurse with bright red hair and a kind smile was looking down at her, sympathy and concern clearly seen through her dark blue orbs.
"Miss i'm afraid it is morning and dont you have school?" the young nurse, Hinata, asked and Charlie nodded and looked back at her sleeping mother.
School, she loved school but how is it going to help her with the now, to help pay for her mother's hospital bills and her surgeries, to get rid of the cancer so she could have her mom back.
"Yes i do.....you will take care of her right?" Charlie asked. One thing about Charlie is that she had trust issues and she was also very protective.
"Of course Miss" Hinata said kindly but Charlie could hear the edge in her voice from her ego being wounded. Nodding Charlie gracefully lifted herself from the uncomfortabled plastic chair and kissed her mother's cheek before leaving the room and exiting the hospital. It only took her twenty minutes to get from the hospital to the school, unlike if she was at home it would be close to a three hour jog.
The sight of the school made her lip's tilt up slightly in a smile and she weaved her way through the crowd, no one noticing her, no one caring. But her forest green eye's strayed from the front door to the pool side and she stopped her fast paced walking and looked over. Many people were crowded around so being the shy person she is, Charlie decided to take the roof. The was an over-hanging balcony over the people that was strong enough to hold her weight and she would be able to see everyone perfectly but no one would see her.
With that thought she took out her school key they gave her when she started working at the school and unlocked the janitor door that led to the roof. She swiftly opened it, went in then locked it again and ran up the stair's to thee roof.
The wind blew her curly pale blonde hair around her and she shifted it out of her eye's then pulled the hood from her hoodie over her head and made her way to the balcony. As she got to the edge Charlie glanced down to see some people crowding around a girl with pink hair. She looked chilled to the bone and on instinct Charlie removed her baggy dark green hoodie and let it drop, the wind floating it gracefully down onto the pink haired girl's lap and before anyone could look up Charlie back away and dissappear back into the school.

Jun noticed another girl, maybe about his age, now standing over the girl. "You did a good thing." She said to him. As she looked at him her eyes sparkled. They seemed to reflect the sun and the sky. Jun, having never really been complimented on something he did by a woman, not even his own mom, blushed. The girls in his old school were shallow. All they ever did was talk about his looks and say that they liked his music, but, he didn't feel they understood what he was saying.
"W-Well... It was just the right thing to do I guess." He said, slightly turning away.

"Yeah, you'd better run, you big moron! If I see you again, I'll beat you to a pulp!", the pink haired girl yelled to the boy who just ran away. Jun let out a sigh. It wasn't long that he also noticed a blond haired kid standing next to them. 'This girl sure is getting allot of attention.' Thought Jun. "I'm sorry I worried you all so much," She then said, changing her hole attitude.
"It's cool," Jun said ruffling up her hair a little and smiling,"We all need help sometimes. So it's no big deal to try to help people."
"I'm Esme, eleventh grade," She said to all tree of them while giving Jun back his towel, "And you are?"
Jun took his towel and said, "I'm Jun. I graduated high school so I'm just here for the music classes." He said while smiling. He then noticed a sweater with a hood on it flop down in front of Esme. He looked around and saw that a door was closing, but no one was around.

He realized if he was going to change his clothes and put some water on his face then he should probably hurry up and do so. He left without waiting for the others to introduce themselves. 'I'll just ask them later.' He thought, as he took his bags and walked towards the school.

Image "I'm sorry I worried you all so much." The pink haired girl spoke but gave back the other guy's towel. Is she really apologizing for someone else hurting her? That's a little sad, she has nothing to be sorry about. Nick thought as she gave her name, grade, and asked who the three of them were. The other guy gave his name and his grade before quickly departing and then Nick noticed that on Esme's lap was a green hoodie that dropped down from a nearby balcony, he could tell it came from there because the door was still closing and no one was standing on the balcony. This school is just getting weirder and weirder by the minute. Nick laughed in his head before turning his attention back to Esme.

"I'm Nick, I am a college freshman, and I work as a security contractor for the school. It's nice to meet you Esme. Sorry I couldn't really help you all that much, but it seemed like the situation was handled long before I got there. Are you positive that there isn't anything that we can do to help?" Nick asked politely and glanced back up to the balcony wondering if the person up there would come down to introduce themselves, but that seemed highly unlikely so Nick turned back to see if Esme had answered his question.

Nick suddenly realized that he had to go to the opening ceremony to help get ready like many of the other contractors like him. "Hey Esme I'm sorry, but I have to go to the opening ceremony right now." Nick said abruptly and waved goodbye before exiting the dwindling crowd and heading to the site of the opening ceremony where the other guards were gathering to go over the game plan. After catching up on what was going to happen Nick took his place and waited for all the students to start arriving and for his job to begin.

The sweatshirt was green.

The fall of the soft fabric momentarily distracted Esme, who caught it reflexively. When she saw that it was a sweatshirt, she tilted her head back to see if she could find whoever had dropped it. It was to no avail, however, for she barely managed to see a door closing on a balcony before it clicked shut.

With a sigh, she turned her gaze down to the congregation of people around her. "Nice to meet'cha Jun!" she said, flashing him a silly grin. She scowled when he ruffled her hair, pouting at the way that he treated her as a child. When he suddenly left, she glared. "Fine then, just leave!" she called after him with an eye-roll.

Returning her attention to the remaining people, she offered them all a bright smile, for she already was feeling better. She tugged the sweatshirt over her head, not wanting whoever it was that gave it to her to feel as if she were ungrateful for it - if they were watching.

"I'm fine, really ... Really, I'm okay ... C'mon, mates, we can all have a great cheer now that I'm recovered ..." She repeated several of these phrases over and over, obviously becoming annoyed by the second. Finally, the crowd began to disperse, people's attentions turning to registration and readying themselves for the Newcomer's Ceremony.

At that moment, however, two small boys ran up to her, peppering her with questions. She liked them immediately. With a silly smile on her face, she leaned over and patted them almost robotic ally on the heads. A blonde girl, who was surprisingly shorter then she was, appeared at that moment, offering to help her.

"No, I'm alright now, darling. I had a bit of trouble a moment ago, but everything is grand. No help is needed here!!" she exclaimed, in her outlandish way.

With that, she skipped off, her cheery self once more, to check-in at registration. Although, it wasn't really needed, for she had attended the school for the last two years. She hopped into line anyway, humming softly to herself, and began to poke and prod a tall, blonde boy in front of her, directly between the shoulder blades. She steered clear of the scary guy beside him - because he was really scary-looking - but poked at the blonde boy repeatedly. "Hey mister, you wanna lolly?" she asked, her British accent thick and obvious. She flashed him a grin and held up a sucker.

The girl with the beautiful hair had calmed down and introduced herself as Esme. "What a pretty name!" Just as Kaori was about to introduce herself, the dark hair boy beat her to it. Jun. She liked that name aswell. She smiled widely but then Jun ran away and Kaori tilted her head. Maybe he was in a hurry... She shook it off and stood up.
The tall blonde one was Nick. She made sure it was stored in her memory."It's nice to meet you both. I'm Kaori."
As Esme apologized she just laughed. "Nothing to be sorry about. I'm relieved you're okay." Esme got dressed in a green hoodie which had appeard from above and then she skipped off. What a sweet girl. Kaori decided to make way for the reception aswell.

After the registration and such was complete she decided to walk out of the school building. Her mood was great today and she didn't want it to go to waste. She walked over to a tree nearby and sat down, pulling out her harp from her bag and gently strummed a few chords before closing her eyes and started singing her favorite lullaby.

(OOC: Sorry about the lack of details in the post, but there were too many new posts while I was working and sleeping that I couldn't really keep track...)

Jun wasn't prepared for the guys reaction. He didn't say anything. Just kind of jumped and wrote...Aaaaahhhh? In the dirt. 'What a weird guy.' he thought as he ran away, smashing into the window of the building. It was then when Jun heard another sound of music coming not to far away from the building. The song sounded beautiful, but he couldn't make out the words, so naturally he headed towards the sound.
When he finally saw the mystery musician he recognized her as the girl who helped him out with the young pink haired one earlier in the day. He didn't have the chance to introduce himself to her yet and hopefully she wouldn't run away like the grey haired kid. Once her song was done he clapped his hands lightly in applause. "That was a beautiful song. It did seem to have a hint of sadness in it though but I think that's what made it so good." He stopped after saying this and gave an awkward laugh. 'Idiot. Your suppose to introduce yourself before talking about people's music.' he chastised himself. He then stuck out his hand and said, "I'm Jun. Jun Katanami. What's yours?"

As Kaori finshed sang the last word and strung the last chord she smiled, pleased with her singing. Apparantly so was someone else because she suddenly heard applause coming towards her so she looked behind her and saw the boy she remembered as Jun come towards her, applauding.
"That was a beautiful song. It did seem to have a hint of sadness in it though but I think that's what made it so good."
Kaori smiled and tilted stood up as he stopped and extended his hand.
"I'm Jun. Jun Katanami. What's yours?"
Kaori took his hand, her smile still across her lips. "Kaori. Kaori Collins. It's nice to meet you, Jun." She shook his hand. "And thank you so much for the kind words. It's my favorite song. My mother used to sing it to me when I was a child if I was sad or upset. She always said; 'If you never experience sorrow, you can't know true happiness.' This always calmed me down and so that's why I also think the sadness makes it so good."
She then chuckled and placed her hand behind her head apologetically. "Maybe I told you more than you wanted to know."

Jun wondered what it must have been like to have a mother like that. It kind of made him sad to think that his own mother, most likely, didn't love him. Not once has she consoled him or given him a compliment. Only orders. His face must have revieled what he was thinking because Kaori seemed somewhat apologetic. "No. Not at all." He said to her. "I was just thinking that your mom seems like a nice person. Pretty wise to." He let out a soft yawn. "I've never seen someone play the harp before. Your really quite good. I love stringed instruments. Although, the only one's I know how to play at the moment are the violin and guitar. Is the harp your favorite?"

"I was just thinking that your mom seems like a nice person. Pretty wise to." This made Kaori smile even more. Her mother was of course one of the most important people in her life and hearing someone else say something nice about her just proved why that was. He yawned slightly and she chuckled to herself. Maybe had her singing made him drowsy? Somehow it had that effect, especially on her sister. She was just about to ask when he spoke again.
I've never seen someone play the harp before. Your really quite good. I love stringed instruments. Although, the only one's I know how to play at the moment are the violin and guitar. Is the harp your favorite?"
She looked at her harp for a second and strummed lightly on it. "Yes. It is my favorite and the only one I knowhow to play. I would love to learn more but somehow I haven't made an effort." She gave him a silly smile. "Maybe I'm lazier than I thought. Do you have a favorite instrument among stringed ones? Both the violin and guitar makes beautiful sounds, I wish I knew how to play them."

"Yeah I do." Jun answered while chuckling. He liked explaining the difference in his love for both his instruments. "People have told me that I was born to play the violin. I love playing it, but the music that people wanted me to play with it isn't my favorite. Still, you can play some pretty cool songs on it. My favorite is the guitar. My mom never really liked me playing it but there's no limits to the songs you can create on one. You can tweak the tuning, hit the strings, and even use it as a drum tune in between songs to give it a little beat." He smiled and looked at his guitar case putting his hand on it. "It really tells my emotions perfectly."
His love for the instrument was shown in his face every time he talked about it. There was nothing that made him happier then the guitar.

"It really tells my emotions perfectly." Kaori listened intensely to what Jun was saying because she could relate to some of it. Not the part of playing an instrument where the music you play is not something you love.
As he finished talking she looked at him. The expression on his face just said it all. How much he loved playing music and she could understand him completely.
"A shame that you don't love the music you play on the violin. If the music you play is played and performed with love, everyone will notice. That's also what makes the songs so much better." She smiled a ganuine and gentle smile, she even smiled with her eyes.
"But I can tell you love music and playing the guitar." She took one step closer to him. "I'd love to hear you play sometime."

"A shame that you don't love the music you play on the violin. If the music you play is played and performed with love, everyone will notice. That's also what makes the songs so much better." Kaori told Jun. Jun looked up at the sky, thinking about his past. Thinking back on it, he did love playing the Violin. He used to practice day and night just so he could make his family proud. But, his mother wanted him to try hard, stay up later, and not even go outside to see his friends anymore.

"But I can tell you love music and playing the guitar." He was snapped out of his train of thought by the girls words. "Oh yeah. I do. I actually love playing both if I can play whatever I want too but do to family wants, my violin is only for the classical. It's okay though I still have my guitar. hehehe. "
"I'd love to hear you play sometime." She said to him. It made him happy that a fellow music lover would want to hear him play so of course he agreed. "Sure," He started opening his guitar case. He put the strap around his neck and before he started playing he looked up at Kaori. "I'm not really an expert at playing and singing yet so it'll have to be a slow song." He said while blushing. "This is song is in English too. But I can translate it for you because I'm half. Heheh." He then started playing the song.

"Sure." Kaori got really excited and she sat down by the tree once again, focusing on Jun.
He started opening his guitar case and he held his guitar comforably then looked at her again. She game him a smile.
"I'm not really an expert at playing and singing yet so it'll have to be a slow song." He said while blushing. Kaori couldn't help but giggle. She found him to be so adorable. She nodded at him, reassuring him. "This is song is in English too. But I can translate it for you because I'm half. Heheh." She was about to tell him but he started singing and she didn't feel like interrupting so she just smiled and nodded again. She could understand English perfectly, but that fact could wait.
She closed her eyes and listened to his singing. It sounded really good. She found herself swaying back and forth to the music.
The lyrics were sung with so much feeling and it touched her. She felt herself get really emotional which happens alot when she hears good music.
As he finished she kept her eyes closed and just smiled and swallowed the lump in her throat. "That was beautiful, Jun. You're really good." She looked up at him and stood up, chuckling. "I can tell you love your music and that makes me happy." She walked over and hugged him. As she let him go she smiled apologetically. "Sorry, but I couldn't help myself."

Once he was finished playing, Jun let out a deep sigh. It had been a while since he had been able to play the guitar in front of someone. He was hoping that Kaori enjoyed it. "That was beautiful, Jun. You're really good." She said as she stood up letting out chuckle. "Well thanks. I try to do my best. Hehe."
"I can tell you love your music and that makes me happy." She said. "Well yeah. It does make me..." He stopped as she hugged him. It was the first time he had been hugged by a female. His own mother who was strictly business didn't even hug him. He couldn't help but to blush to the point of his face burning up a little. Jun wanted to even hug her back but hesitated not knowing what kind of reaction he would get.

She smiled as she let him go. "Sorry, but I couldn't help myself." She apologized. 'Why did she apologize?' He thought. 'I should apologize for not hugging her back.' He slightly turned away to hide his clearly red face. "I-It's okay. I-I actually... liked it." He said calmly smiling to himself. "Uh...um. If you don't mind, do you want to get something to eat. It's getting around that time for lunch I guess and I skipped breakfast this morning for the flight into town. It's okay if you don't want to though..."
'Stupid. Now your coming off as weird.' He scolded himself in his head. Jun never did know how to talk to girls. Coming from a family of men where the only female to set the example was his un-nurturing mother, he's always felt uncomfortable around females. Even if he had a crush on them, he always seen himself never asking them out or making passes at them. So, even though it was a little thing like asking her to eat lunch with him, this was definitely a big step for the boy.

turned his face away from her and smiled. Kaori could see his blush, and she again, found him to be quite adorable. "I-It's okay. I-I actually... liked it." Kaori sighed in relief and laughed slightly. She was so used to showing affection to people, especially when she's at home that it just came over her and he really looked like he needed it.
"That's great. Like I said; I couldn't help myself." She smiled and dusted herself off from grass and what nots from her skirt.
"Uh...um. If you don't mind, do you want to get something to eat. It's getting around that time for lunch I guess and I skipped breakfast this morning for the flight into town. It's okay if you don't want to though..."
She turned to him and felt her stomach growling lowly so yeah, food sounded pretty good about now.
"Of course I'd like to join you! You must me starving by now if you haven't had breakfast you poor sod." She laughed and grabbed her bag before she stood next to him. "I'm gonna let you pack up and when you're done, just lead the way."
She neatly placed her hands behind her back, waiting with her usual smile plastered on her face.

Jun didn't really know what a sod was. Maybe its because he was only allowed to hang around people that his mom said was his class when growing up. Besides from school of course. He never really cared for labels such as class types. He really just wanted to be like every kid and have friends.
"I'm gonna let you pack up and when you're done, just lead the way." She said, also telling him to lead the way. "Cool." Came his reply. He put his guitar back in it case and started walking. As they got near the school, his driver, David was waiting to meet him.
"Ahh. Young master, do you wish for me to take you to an exquisite place to eat. I know this area quite well you know." He said with a calm smile and bow. "I see you have already made friends." David pointed out looking at Kaori. "Does she wish to come along as well sir?"
"No. David. I mean. At least not to an exquisite restaurant." Jun thought that going there wouldn't be a good idea. It wasn't only going to point him out as a showoff but even he knew that you don't take your friends to a lovely dinner. Especially if its a girl you just met. "Maybe a cafe or a fast food shop. I never been to one of those before. Anyway," He said while turning to Kaori, "It's your choice where we eat since I not use to eating allot of things."

"Young master? Are you sure you don't want any food more suited to your taste."

"Yeah Dave. I'm absolutly sure. Your starting to sound like my mother." Jun pointed out in a friendly tone. "You don't want me to think your not cool, do you?"

"My heavens no. I'm the coolest hippest butler out there in the whole world."
Jun laughed at him a little and turned back to Kaori. "Well, where do you want to go?"

Jun led them back towards the school and Kaori followed suit.
As they approached the school Kaori saw a man standing in a suit stand by the school. He stood very straight and you could tell he had manners and was very professional. Kaori raised an eyebrow and very lightly tilted her head. 'I wonder who he's here for...'
Her question was soon answered as Jun and the man started a conversation.
What first struck her was the term 'Young master'. She looked at Jun as they spoke and somehow she felt awkward but just slightly. Finding out that Jun was high class made her change her posture. They spoke about places to eat and Kaori just stood by, smiling gently.
The man in the suit looked at her and smiled as he bowed. "I see you have already made friends." She smiled again and nodded. "Does she wish to come along as well sir?" Even though they seemed to have a very relaxed relationship, Kaori couldn't help but feel a bit stiff. They kept discussing when finally Jun turned to her. It's your choice where we eat since I'm not used to eating alot of things. Kaori only had time to open her mouth before his, what she assumed was his butler, interrupted.
The conversation they had next made her laugh. "My heavens no. I'm the coolest hippest butler out there in the whole world." She actually laughed out loud and she felt relaxed immediately.
"Well, where do you want to go?" She wiped a tear from her cheek as he turned to her and she smiled widely as she answered. "Well, there is a café down the streets who makes very tasty baguettes...or maybe you'd like a hamburger or something. They make those too. Very delicious aswell. Everything is homemade which gives it a very homey feeling." She looked at the both of them. "Does it sound alright?"
