Personality Description
Light, Confident, and hardly ever seems deathly serious. She has a slight temptress attitude, and will easily slip into a conversation or charm a man. She is almost capricious when unattended. When the time comes, however, there are times where she actually focuses on the task instead of acting like she didn’t care. When she is, she would rather finish the task- which leads to her persistence and angry pursuit of whatever she is assigned.
Quirks Tends to lick her lips when making a kill. Enjoys unconsciously teasing those around her. Will sometimes have webbing build up and spit it into her hand to be disposed of later.

Strengths
Her capricious nature is her greatest strength. Her unpredictability makes her hard to track, to corner, and sometimes can fake others out into underestimating her. She enjoys running circles around those who plan ahead, throwing them off however she can and easily manipulating others with her sometimes seductive presence.

She tends to be a little obvious and flamboyant when not on a mission, and despite years of training none of the instructors have been able to beat it out of her. She is memorable, and that is not a good thing in these times.

Clothing/ArmorDue to her robotic implants, she has no need for real armor. The “Dragonskin” coating right under her skin deflects almost all fragmentation, projectile, and sometimes Celestine trauma dealt to it. She usually dresses vulgarly, enjoying sometimes stunned looks. However, these clothes are deceptive as she is an agent of the government. They are flexible, flame retardant, and often warmer than they appear to b.
Combat Prowess
[Perfect] Hand-to-hand: With the keen reflexes, speed, and agility of a Spider, Her hand-to-hand combat is perfect. She adopted a very spider-like martial arts, dealing mostly with her unparalleled speed and strength to overwhelm and “wrap” her opponent into submission. The robotic implants that make her punches seem like swinging metal bars add more trauma, and her natural poison that is mixed in her saliva makes her a deadly foe to be reckoned with. She is a master of all melee weaponry such as staves, swords, and perhaps the most important, knives.
[Above Average] Armed Combat: She does fairly well with concealed weaponry but lacks the training for extremely long ranged weapons. She can aim, shoot, and reload almost every gun, but hitting the target is a different thing altogether. Heavy weapons tend to miss more often, and she is very deadly with light weapons such as blowguns, handguns, and slingshots.
Abilities
[Perfect] Anthromorphic powers: Astrid embodies all the pros of a spider. She can produce a extremely sticky webbing that cannot be frozen or liquefied from her mouth and pores in her hands. Since she produces it, it is like handling rope for her. She uses this to create traps, entangle foes, and can be consumed as protein.
Her powers also lead to her being successful in stealth. Her movements are naturally quiet, it is only her personality that alerts everyone to her presence. She has the ability to climb walls due to a resin that secretes from her skin. It is clear and once out of contact with her skin will disassociate into a compound consisting mostly of water. She is also able to see clearly in the dark, each of her eyes sporting both normal and heat vision.
[Excellent] Autonomous Reflexes and Agility: the full-body robotic implant (originally made to stabilize her as she adjusted to the Anthromorph surgery) has made her many times faster, stronger and sturdier than a regular human.
[Excellent] Optic Enhancement: Used only for the sole purpose of firing her gun, the Presidio. It allows her to zoom in on targets at extreme distances, and is unaffected by day or night.
[Above-Average] Mind and Matter Resistance: She is extremely tough mentally, and her body naturally refracts waves that the horror-bliss power rides on. This results in a much less severe reaction to mental torture. With the added effect of her almost shutting down when completely confined by hostiles, she becomes nearly unbreakable.

However, when it comes to complex number crunching or likewise, she will get lazy and most-likely procrastinate or put it off altogether.

Information: HiVi, or High-Vibration is a technology developed as materials became tougher and tougher. By wildly vibrating the tip of a powerful tempered edge, it gains the ability to cut through even diamond if given enough time. This technology was originally implemented for construction purposes, but government agents as well as criminal operatives have developed edged weapons that use HiVi technology to cut through anything- including undesireables. Even a slight graze of this edge will cause burning of skin.
She carries at least ten of these flat, six-inch knives on her at all times, hidden in various parts and ready to be thrown or drawn at a moment’s notice. She can throw these with extreme accuracy at medium-range

Type: Ultra-Compact Long-Range railgun.

Information: Presidio is part of a long line of weaponry designed by a small company called Primero Fire Arms Distribution, or “Primero”. The Presidio is the most recent, a compact rail gun so tiny it is about the size of a hand gun. While this may seem appealing, the gun has serious compensation for it’s ability to fire metal slugs accurately from a far distance. For one, it’s single-loaded and must be manually cocked in order to fire. It is fairly heavy, and will release a loud crack as the slug smashes through the sound barrier. Unlike most railguns, the Presidio sacrifies power for the sake of compactivity. It’s slugs will only reach a velocity of Mach 3, and will travel less than 120 miles before touching the ground. The recoil is immense due to the small size, and due to it’s inherently loud nature it is only used at extreme ranges.

Information: Purgatorio is her own set of Knuckle Dusters, further augmenting her already strong punches. There is little information to give, aside from the fact that they are dangerous, government issued Dusters. In Mercy’s hands, victims of her punches relate the impact to be similar to a explosive shockwave similar to an artillery shell. Mercy usually does not use these, as the energy waves interfere with her ability to use her hands to catch and deflect opponent’s punches or kicks.
