Personality

Personality: She is extremely logical about everything. Neveah often fails to find humor in jokes for this reason, other than puns -- something she can make sense of. At one point in her life, Neveah attempted to keep herself from experiencing emotions, believing that they were a useless part of the human condition. She soon realized that it was more difficult than she first imagined. Not wanting to become devoid, Neveah accepted that emotions were part of a chemical and biological response to certain stimuli. Knowing this, Neveah began closely controlling stimuli in order to put a leash on her emotions. This explains why she has no close friends or family -- she has no one to lose. She is also extremely curious by nature; she will continually ask questions in an attempt to figure out something that she doesn't understand. "Normal" people are her top subjects, as they experience things much differently than herself.

Quirks: Neveah has numerous quirks. Her first is that she will closely observe anyone around her if she has little else to do. This will, sometimes, turn into asking many questions, usually annoying her "subject". She also tends to speak to inanimate objects and can, on occasion, be observed talking to nothing at all, simply saying whatever comes to mind (which can be a lot). She also believes that she needs personal experience with everything, leading her to try anything once. Another quirk is her ability to forget things -- discussed in the next section.

Fears: Neveah is afraid of needles, this is the real reason why she has never gotten a tattoo and probably never will. Neveah also has a slight fear of the dark, though if asked or teased about it, she will launch into her explanation about why is it a completely logical and rational fear. She can also be quite paranoid. She has a tendency to "forget to sleep", resulting in paranoia caused by sleep deprivation.

If she is tossed into a setting with none of her equipment, she will resort to running. She has no martial training and has never been in a physical altercation. Her AMPs is where her power lies.

Abilities:
AMP User [Excellent] -- She has dedicated much of her time to learning about AMPs; how they work and how to use them properly are no secret to Neveah. Her affinity for and experience with technology allow her to have more control over AMPs than most.

Skills:
Hacking [Excellent] -- She has dedicated much of her time to learning how to interact with her AMPs and technology; hacking is a byproduct of this.
People Skills [Poor] -- Her relations to others is... horrible to say the least. She has a tendency to say the wrong things at the wrong times, every time she talks.

If she ever gets cold, she has a leather jacket that she likes to wear. She also has a pair of black, leather, inch-heeled combat boots that come half way up her shin -- worn with her jeans tucked in. She has a no earrings and a single necklace that she likes to wear.

History

Religious Affiliation: Atheist -- a super-powered being that created everything is unbelievable.

Group Affiliation: She does work at Hijack Corps, enjoying the the salary she is afforded. Her skills, however, would make her a valuable asset to those looking for someone with the ability to perform slightly more dangerous work. Her natural prowess with technology and the way she uses AMPs would make her perfect for an assassination or information retrieval. These are things she would, no doubt, do for the right price, if not for her own interest in the experience.

Occupation: A counter-hacker for Hijack Corps.

Bio/History: Neveah was born in Staten Island, NY; her parents had both recently moved here from Quebec. She was raised in a home that spoke French, but her parents pushed her to explore other languages. Neveah, as a result, speaks numerous languages; though none quite fluently. Every once in a while, someone can catch her mixing languages together as she speaks. Her parents were often at work, she was left home with a "nanny" until it was time for bed. At 5 years old, Neveah was sent to a rather private boarding school. The school was focused on "the future", specializing in technology. This may be why Neveah is as logical and technological as she is. Her IQ is relatively impressive, though her personal skills leave much to be desired. As soon as she was able, Neveah left home in search of her own personal goals. She never saw her parents much as it was and leaving wasn't difficult for her. Neveah and her parents rarely, if ever, speak. Upon entering higher education, she contacted Hijack Corps for an internship and has been working there ever since. The fiasco concerning The Guardian Act has peaked Neveah's curiosity, though she is hardly involved. Her skills make her a useful addition to either side, but she has no personal stake in the matter as of yet.
