• Bliss & Horror Serum: Viktor is unofficially the first to have this power, however him nor his father reported this so the side effect wasn't recorded until years later. For years Viktor suffered from this ability as he unconsciously would use it against himself. But, with training he learned to control it. His favorite is of course Horror infliction.

Personality Description
Calm, quiet, cold, and calculating; just a few words to describe this man. Vikitor is definitely a scary man to be around, from his appearance to his quiet nature, it all just puts you on edge. And the fact that he is a murderer just amplifies things. He once sat in front of someone for 30 minutes straight, silent, just sitting there until he removed his gun and shot the person, all in one motion. He then left the room after murmuring, "Conclusion -- useless." It is that type of story that makes his silence so scary; you never know what he is going to decide. One day you can be his top assassin, the next you can be called to him for a meeting and killed after 10 minutes of thoughts.

Plus Viktor has a fiery temper, literally. All his clothes are flame retardant because of this. Sometimes that isn't even enough to withstand the heat of his rage. At least he doesn't randomly get mad, it is usually over two things: not following the plans and not following orders. Straying of either one can lead to a barbecue.

Quirks
He has one quirk, which is really a testament to his insanity or an example of his mental prowess; either way it is far from normal. Viktor has a tendency to communicate with his dead father, who will appear on different occasions. His father appearances are random, sometimes he appears when he needs guidance, other times, just to hackle him. Of course no one else can see him, which is why he usually ignores him until he is alone. But, he then becomes a nuisance that will only stop once he is acknowledged. Viktor knows that it is not his real father and it is just his own powers getting the best of him, but he can't seem to make the appearances stop.

Fears
Viktor used to be very afraid of his father, but after his passing he is now afraid of doing the same thing; at least too early or in the wrong way. He isn't exactly afraid of dying or of death, just the way in which he goes. You can't even call it a fear, just something he would very strongly dislike. Viktor would absolutely hate to be killed by another killer getting the upper hand or even as a feeble old man. He would much rather prefer to go down in a blaze of gunfire after taking down yet another target.

Goal
If asked, he would say to successfully take down his mark and be forever remembered as a great hitman. But, deep down Viktor still wants his father approval, which is why he continues his work.

Strengths
His strength mostly lies in his mental prowess. Viktor has a genius level intellect that he uses it to stay steps of head of everyone. He prides himself in formulating detailed strategies. He has backup plans, for his backup plans and thinks about every variable and plans a solution for it; Viktor NEVER strays from his plans.

Weaknesses
His same strength, also happens to be Viktor's greatest weakness. He is a slave to his plans as well as routine. If anyone ever figured out either, they would be able to kill him no problem. Viktor also suffers from Serum Thirst, he is unfortunately one of the few that actually need a regular dosage of serum in order to stay at full strength and healthy. This is a secret he has managed to keep and will forever do so. He chooses to take a small dose everyday, though he go for about a week before suffering from symptoms.

Clothing/Armor
Viktor doesn't concern himself with protection, he relies on his own abilities for that. So he doesn't wear armor or bullet nor laser protection; he dresses to impress. Since he gains enough attention from his looks, he tries to tone it down by dressing casually and formally. He usually wears a vest and matching slacks, with an overcoat and hat.

Combat Prowess

• [Average] Armed Combat: Though he doesn't prefer armed combat, Viktor is quite skilled. He has been trained in the use of many different melee weapons, ranging from swords to spears. Once he reached a level of proficiency with them, he never touched them again. So it is fair to say he is rusty, but still good enough to handle a weapon.
  
  
• [Good] Hand-to-hand Combat: When it comes to hand-to-hand, the story is a bit different. Viktor is the creator of unique martial art known as, Flame Karta. The style is very deadly as it combines the very hot flames of his pyrokinesis and the combinations of shaolin fist. It it supposed to be an offensive fighting style, but the flames keep the opponent at bay so it doubles as a defensive style.

• [Perfect] Pyrokinesis: Thanks to his father, Viktor has been controlling and honing this ability since birth. He doesn't think is anyone alive that rival his own abilities.
  
  
• [Excellent] Genius Level Intellect: His only natural gift; Viktor is a closet genius. Many nights he would stay up feeding his hunger for information. It wasn't till after his father's death that he was truly able to nurture it. He is now well versed in many areas, like: cybernetics, genetics, robotics, and much more.
  
  
• [Good] Bliss & Horror Infliction: One of his favorite abilities that he considers a gift and curse. Viktor loves to torture victims with this ability, causing them to relive horrible memories or pitting them face-to-face with their worst nightmare. He can put a victim through so much stress that they can die from a number of natural reasons: aneurysm, stroke, heart attack, etc.
  
  
• [Average] Telekinesis: This is no more than a parlor trick to him, just one of his many party favors. He is not exceptionally talented in this area, yet he can do just enough to cause trouble for those who are.

• [Perfect] Strategic Calculating: This is a skill that Viktor picked up from his father. His brain works like a calculator and once you put in all the necessary information, out comes a formulated plan. And if something should happen to change, all he has to do is change that variable and out will come a new plan. With his intellect, this skill is almost instant and with the combination of his other skills, his plans become scripts and the cast follows it to smallest detail.

Without prior knowledge of a person, Viktor can quickly obtain a great deal of information about the subject by analyzing the person's body language, age, clothing/fashion, hairstyle, gender, sexual orientation, religion, race or ethnicity, level of education, manner of speech, place of origin, etc.
  
  
• [Good] Marksman: What sort of killer would Viktor be if he couldn't hit his target. His father taught Viktor how to shoot on the move, to anticipate where there victim would be and shoot there. He had to learn how to quickly calculate wind speeds and other variables before taking down targets. It was very rigorous training, but in the end it paid off.
  
  
• [Above Average] Gun Expertise: Viktor had to learn how to shoot, reload, assemble/disassemble all types of guns. The goal was to familiarize himself with them, so if the time ever came, he could pick it and use it. Even today he still does this.

Information: The Mark LX isn't the newest, are even best Magnum-Laser out to date. However it packs a pretty tough shot, that has been seen plow though Microplad, like a car through a stick of butter. Firing the weapon is like shooting a shotgun, it takes just as much strength as it does precision to tame this beast. It also has a rather long charging process, so overall it is not the best gun to bring to a fight. But, Viktor keeps this weapon for execution purposes and not for dueling.

Ammo: Custom Bullet
Information: Deliverance is a special type of sniper rifle, it is custom made by Viktor's father. The barrel is of uniquer fashion so that user must make their own ammo to match if they ever hope of using the weapon. It has digital sights that can spot a fly up to 200 meters away, with options of a thermal and night vision setting. The barrel is silenced and muzzled, you won't even be sure the gun was fired until the target drops. Clip size is dependent on the user, currently Viktor uses a three shot system as he uses many different types of ammunition. The gun itself is lightweight and undetectable on scanners, but requires a lot of upkeep which is a nice trade-off for such a perfect weapon.

Equipment

• Ammo Belt: Lining his jacket or a number of custom designed bullets for his sniper rifle. They 3 to a clip and he about ten clips on him. Each clip has a specific purpose and effect. Some are designed to pierce armor others dissolve once they have entered the body.
  
  
• Serum Flask: Contained in a simple flask is a serum mixture of a unique make. He regularly drinks from this not to restore his powers, but as a refreshment. The mixture of the ingredients make for a great tasting beverage, but due to its contents, it could prove deadly to non-Celestine.
  
  
• Universal Ear: This is a simple device that turns other languages heard into another the user has selected.
  
  
• Injection Gun: A small instrument used to deliver Viktors daily dose of Serum. He takes this every morning.
  
  
• Falsified Tag/Secret Tag: Instead of simply removing his Tag, Viktor decided to have it falsified with the identity of dead men and a location randomizer. The Tag has 3 different identities programed into it per country. The randomizer, randomly projects his location 20-50 miles in random directions of where he actually is. The Tag is also the only way to verify true members of Red Society. No matter the identity one assumes the Tag always displays certain information relative to the member.

Other
Business Cards: A killing signature of Viktor's is to leave a business card on the victim's body. The design is similar to the Red Society logo, with the inclusion of his alias on it: The Reaper's Architect. He keeps a number of these on person.

Memorabilia
Family Picture: The only picture he has of his family together. It once belonged to his father, but when the fire broke out Viktor took it with as he fled the house. The image depicts his father standing next his mother holding him as an infant not long after be born born. Everyone is happy in the picture, including his father which is something he rarely seen growing up. The picture itself is in good condition besides a little fire damage.

Bio/History
While most kids were lying how to tie there shoes, Viktor was learning the correct way to tie a noose and how to create a fake suicide. As you see his childhood was not so average, although it started out that way...


Viktor's father was a paid assassin. He worked for many people, companies, and governments, paid to kill people and groups. But, that was just one half of Alexavior Krieg's life. His other half was a happy marriage to a beautiful wife, and with a baby boy on the way, he was considering retirement. His father was careful and cautious man, he made sure his work and his life never crossed paths... However, It wasn't until four years after Viktor had been born, that this changed. His father retired for five years, old friends of his decided they would pay him a visit.

They stormed the house while Victoria and young Viktor were home alone. Alexavior could sense something was wrong, his suspicions were confirmed as he walked in on heartbreaking scene. The killers made it clear that Alexavior would watch as his wife and son were killed in front of him. Only after would he have the privilege to join them.

Unspeakable things took place that night. But, in the end Viktor and his father walked away; memories of that night would forever haunt them.


After the murder of his mother, Viktor and his father moved to Europe where his father picked up his new work. His father had a cache of money stored and a getaway home in the mountains. The area was secluded and any signs of civilization wasn't for miles. There in the mountainous home, his father began his new project: creating the perfect assassin -- the subject, his son.

He began by giving his son a weapon he would have for the rest of his life. The powers of a Celestine. Except this was an experiment as well, every bit of it, from serum to formula. The first two serums were, thermal and a mysterious mental one. They were enhanced military grade variants. The thermal was codename inferno as it was supposed to be more dangerous, but stronger. And the mental serum, was the first of its kind. Its effect unknown, but guaranteed to give the user great mental strength. In the end, Viktor took well to the serums, but in the beginning it was all chaos.

For most of his childhood, Viktor had to stay in a flame resistant bubble because his powers would activate randomly based on actions and emotions. As for the mental one, there were no signs of benefits only pain and distress. He had terrible night terrors and swore that he couldn't stop thinking no matter what. He had to be put on a number of medicines to stop himself from killing himself.

Meanwhile Viktor was also undergoing his father's hellish training. Things that grown men were doing in the marines and other armed forces training facilities, he was doing as well. Nothing he ever did was good enough for his father and if he finally did get something down, it was on to the next lesson. Never time for praise or a small break. His daily routine consisted of: Eat, Study, Train, Eat, Practice, Exam, Sleep, Repeat.
