Personality: Odd and creepy. Fear is a friendly girl, and is out-going. She always has a smile on her face. Despite her warm friendly greeting of a sharp ear-piercing shriek upon the sight of friends, she is morbid and off-putting. She doesn't take much of anything seriously, often making of fun of people misery. She enjoys playing dumb, and is a constantly lies. Upon meeting of someone new, she often asks a strange request, 'to stroke their hair' or 'to feel their clothing' are among the most common. She has other strange quirks, such as: moaning when she is bored or doesn't get what she wants, will repeatably say the same word over and over again, her speech is some times waved and she will sometime start of soft then get loud then go back to soft, and introduces herself as "Groostavo" which is her middle name.

- She can reform her body, like, she can grow extra limbs or gain a few eyes.
- She is a thick black liquid substance, that forms itself to look like the above pic. She can only create the colors: black, white, and red.

- Water: She melts to her black liquid form when wet, and has trouble moving.
- The Sun: Is the ultimate way to defeat her. She evaporates in the Sun.
Background: Victoria was an orphan by birth her life as a human. She lived in an orphanage. There she was named Victoria Groostavo. Later when she turned 10, she was adopted by the Alipard family, but not to be their daughter, but there servant (but legally has the last name Alipard). For six years she worked as a maid for the very wealthy Alipard family. The Alipard here a mob family. Victoria seen many cruel bloody acts in her days as maid. When she became 16, the Alipards sold her to Fate, and she became Fear.
