A world that has been re-built from the ashes of the old. A world war unlike any other wrought the earth for all it was. Destroying homes and ripping apart families. Mankind had to start all over again, a new era was forced onto the world. It could very well be the worse.

Year's passed. Mankind advanced once more. We thought by uniting our nations we would have peace, but peace was not granted.

During the war some of mankind...changed.

In the war it was very common to use chemical and atomic bombs, at the time no one thought much of it, but they hadn't a slightest clue what it would do to some people, how it would affect unborn baby's, change them into what are now know as, Mutants.

The world fell into chaos when the first mutant stepped forward, a simple man who could control the elements.

This development tossed the world for a dozy. A man who could bend the very elements to his every whim, someone who had the powers of a God.

He was worshiped and feared, stronger than any normal man, and stronger than the mutants who followed. He was the first of many.

They came with all shapes and forms, all sporting different abilities and mutations like it was the latest fashion. Some could breath under water while others would fly. The list became endless.

However, those without powers to give them the upper hand felt fear and doubt grow in their hearts, for these people were different, and different was never good.

And so those with powers were put down, laws were put out against them, forbidding them to use their abilities, forbidding them to be different.

Rebellions formed, some fought back, and all turned towards the very first, the man who could bend the elements and use them to his advantage. He was the strongest of them all, the most powerful mutant to ever be born, but in their time of need, he vanished without a trace.
