The man known as 'ROOSTER' is used to being secretive, and not many concrete facts can be found in his file. His work as a 'tactical warfare advisor' with Scotland Yard Military Industries has taken him across the globe wherever the Monarchy was threatened, and all that is known of his work are locations that are never specific and dates that have been released to the general public. It is also known that he previously served a mandatory 5-year conscription in the American Foreign Legion of the Kaiser's Expeditionary Forces, and thus had been recruited from one of the Red Man's Territories. His job in the AFL was listed as 'small arms/artillery repairman', otherwise known as a gun- and cannon-smithy. He was first deployed as a civilian contractor to Southern Russia during the Rus-Turk Conflict with a large mercenary peacekeeping force when reports of 'religious cleansing' were confirmed, but the KEF was unable to mobilize a large enough force to stop it. Other locations in his file relate mainly to areas of resistance to colonial expansion, occasions of class warfare that was hurting infrastructure and economic conditions, 'armed religion', and anti-terrorism operations targeting the Crown or the Kaiser.
