Setting
Sector 4 is more or less a better off Sector 3. It doesn't have as great an abundance of townhouses, with more variety in the buildings. The buildings are also made to accommodate fewer people, making it an ideal location for raising a family. The water is much more safe to drink, and it's but a short trip to the market in Sector 5. The homes here also have such luxuries as planted gardens and a running stream. Sector 4 also has easy access to the bus system and even several train stations.
