Setting
A large city that lays a few hours away from the Imperial Palace. It contains most of the populace, a large mixing pot of House's living together. The Upper part of the city is clean, for the rich folk and the lower part is crawling with rat's and other unsavory folk.
Citivas
[u]Citivas is the largest city in the country. It contains the largest marketplace, and is the home of the Thieves Guild. Beware the beggars, for they are not always what you perceive. [/u]
