All girl's within the ages of 14 & 15 must come to the Royal Province to participate in a competition to find out who the princess is.

Kingdom History:

14 years ago the royal family had a child, a baby girl. The baby girl for some reason went missing and the Kings wife died in the process of giving birth. After long months of grief and searches, he couldn't remarry and eventually lead the kingdom alone. He felt horrible and every holiday the kingdom prays with their King for the princess to return. A rumor spread that she was in the kingdom, but the informant remained anonymous. Not even know what province his daughter was in, or much of what she looked like other that that she had bright green eyes like his, he started this. A competition. He knows that there is a chance that none of them will be her, but this is the only thing he can think of.

The Provinces:

1. EbonyHeart:
   This province is run by the noble family that it's named after, if the family changes so does the first half of the name. Ebony Heart is known for their amazing metalworks and great ale, gaining travelers from other kingdoms. They capitol city of EbonyHeart, every province has one, is where the Ebony family lives. This city gains the most tourists and is towards the outskirts of the kingdom, by and ocean, but not exactly a port. EbonyHeart has 21 big cities, 5 small cities, and many farm towns scattered about. They also have a daughter in-law who is married to their eldest child, and lives in the capitol city with her husband. She is 14, and must also participate, much to the disagreement of her husband.
2. GoldenMoon
   This province is rather small and has been run by the Goldendale's for a long while, and they are the most respected noble family. The GoldenMoon province is know for it's wealth in the gold and jewelry trade. The capitol city for this province is landlocked, but there are a few ports in the province to bring in foreign jewels. Of all the provinces GoldenMoon is the most popular, and is where the majority of the upper class live. There are many beautiful rivers in the capitol town, and a beautiful forest towards the edge of the province. In total there are 16 major cities, 7 small cities, and lots of mining towns and farms scattered about. The Goldendale's have two sons both married.
3. Ruby
   This province is the largest taking up the most amount of the kingdom. The Rivard's run this province, and are the least respected noble family. They gained the province this year, and are still indecisive about many things. This province is known for its trade and sparkling ruby's along with amazing tailor ship. The Rivard's are quite poor, not having many funds for the town and province. Many think that the Goldendale's should gain this province too, thinking that the Rivards can't handle it. This Province has 36 major cities, with the capitol being near the royal province, 20 small cities, with even more small towns and farms throughout their countryside.
4. Royal
   This is the royalty province, only being one very large city with a palace. This is where the royal family, traders, servants, etc. live. This is also where the competition will be held. There isn't much to say about the royal province. The high council lives here, and holds meetings, though they can only advise the king. Ever heard the phrase, "The king's word is law"? Well that is very true, though with the majority of the kingdoms consent, along with the vote of every one of the high council, they can kick the king. This has only happened once though. If your kicked your executed, meaning your head gets chopped off in front of the whole kingdom.

Religion
Before earth there was Arion. Arion had the power of creation. He was lonely and had no where to move, there was only blackness. So he first created Sybil. Sybil shined brightly and had cute curly locks. He could sea around him now, and she told him.

"Father there is nothing here, I do wish I had something to do." Sybil is not a snobbish goddess but caring and loving. She pointed out the truth and her father saw her honesty. He created her a world. She made sure that her light shone on it for twelve hour periods, talking to her father on the break. They both felt lonely so he created Ethel, her green eyes shone almost as brightly as Sybil and she said,

"Father there is no way I can bring my liveliness to that rock. There is nothing to nurish them. Ethil is spoiled and a bit snobby, but listens dutifully to her father."
He told her to create something to sustain them so she created water and plants. With both her and Sybil empowering the world life began, but it was not able to stay. They both turned to their father that night and said.

"We create life, but they cannot have children, so they grow old and die. Father what should we do?" After that Arion created Amicia. He noted Amicia's beauty and fertility, telling them to go back to their world. Amicia is quite vain and insecure, often getting pushed around by the other two. The three of them created life together, and worked to make more complicated creatures. Soon they had created humans, and focused on them. For they had failed many times.

Sybil granted them herself to look over the world at all times, and she also granted them light within the soul.

Ethel granted them life, and the ability to respect and care for each other. She also granted them rain to nourish their crops.

Amicia granted them fertility and beauty. She also gave them vanity and self-confidence.

Capital Cities:
Each capitol city has a church and statue dedicated to their goddess.

• Ethel
  Ethel is the capitol city of EbonyHeart. Ethel is named after the goddess of life, weather, and respect.
• Sybil
  Sybil is the capitol of GoldenMoon. Sybil is named after the goddess of light, and kindness.
• Amicia
  Amicia is the capitol of Ruby. Amicia is named after the goddess of fertility, beauty, vanity, and love.
• Arion
  Arion is the city of the Royal province. Arion is named after the god of creation.

There can be more noble families, and you can make cousins of families and such. These are the only families with a Province. If you don't live in a capitol please come up with a name for their town, if it's a port town, and what province it's in. The Ruby province is completely landlocked.
