Ryooshi Island

Jaime caught his Blade. "Ah, my sweet Ivory.. Thanks Jack!" He hesitated before answering Maddy. "To purify Water you put two Drops of that clear liquid in the water. It removes the salt. Then you wait about 10 minutes..." He then frowned at Emmalee. "I-... Okay, GOD.. You and Maddy go with Jack. I'll Purify the water and take care of the plants. Jesus... Why do they both like him so much? I understand he's strong and all.. But i mean Really?!"

Jaime stomped off and got atleast 4 Litres of water. A Litre each. He then stomped off to a more Plant-like area. And grabbed pretty much everything Moodily. He let out a sigh, put all of these things in his pockets, and slumped against a tree. He was both angry and upset that both of the girls went with Jack. He knew who the favourite was. Jaime glanced at his blade and grinned. He could impale him, Drown him.. Anything.. But doing that would probably get himself beaten by the Girls. "Lucky.. He's getting all the attention. I could just soften up, and act nicer.. But i'm not letting any of those Idiots use me." He groaned.

Maddy didn’t even notice that Jamie had gotten upset, she was too busy running up to Jack and throwing her arms around him, once again rubbing her face against his. Of course, the sword was already retrieved, but that didn’t matter.

“Oh Jack my sweet, how I love working with you!”

She was still a child, with all the innocence and ignorance still inhabiting her. At times, the ignorance was just plain stupidity on her part. Unfortunately for her, she really didn’t know any better.

"NOOOOO!!!" Jack Screamed, before calming down, and trying to play it cool with the strong girl. "I mean uh, Maddy! stay with Jaime for now, he might need your help!…I uh…could never live with myself if our great, new leader was dead!"

Jack was starting to change colors from the sheer strength Maddy was using to hold the young man, as he whined like a puppy to get free, but likely not to be noticed by Maddy, as he gestured for Jaime to take the girl off his hands before she would likely injure him. Finally, he found an opening, and managed to escape her grasp, as he started to head for the jungle to get the fire/house building wood as Jaime ordered, immediately waving at Emmalee for her to come along, as he scurried off into the flora and the fauna…

"THANKGODTHANKGODTHANKGODTHANKGODTHANKGODTHANKGOD!!! DX"

Emmalee watched as the overdramatic Jaime threw a little tantrum. Don't get her wrong, she was definitely glad that she was going to get to be with Jack. But she could still gather some plants. She was now worried that because he was pouting, he would grab some bad plants and not be careful with what they looked like. She tried to speak up, to tell him that she would still harvest, but he stormed off before she could. She rolled her eyes. Their "great new leader" was a whiny little kid. No doubt he was just mad because both of the girls wanted to be with Jack.

And then there was Maddy. She was kind of a freak. The way that she attacked Jack, practically raping him, was kind of scary. To think that if she found out that Emmalee liked Jack was terrifying, because then Maddy would rage. And that wouldn't be pretty for Emma. She considered not going, to stay behind and talk to Jaime about future plants and plant gathering, but there was Jack, waving to her to join him. She blushed, hiding her face in her bangs. Was he picking her over Maddy? She hesitated before glancing at the crazy, love-struck girl before cautiously moving to catch up with Jack.

"What about Maddy and Jaime? We can't just leave them. I mean, won't Maddy get upset if I'm alone...with you...in the forest...where anything could happen?" Emmalee swallowed and facepalmed herself mentally, angry at herself for being so awkward and allowing dirty thoughts to get in her mind. Again. Jack did that to her a lot. "I mean, we could get attacked by a bear or something, and I'm not much help." She smiled at him shyly.

"Jaime will totally just use his awesome man-charm if he has any, which I doubt." Replied Jack. "And you saw me annihilate-kill-destroy-decimate a crab creature. I think my Karate will keep us safe. >:O"

Jack started striking down trees, and watching out for creatures that might have tried to attack Emmalee.

Jaime had successfully gathered plenty of plants and water before the others were done. He calmed down and shuffled off toward the centre of the beach, pulling out a glass vial and putting a mixture of herbs into it before putting three drops of water in with it.

It fizzed for a moment and he drank it. "Euuugh. God i hate this.. Well, i suppose that'll calm me for a bit longer."

Upon opening her eyes, Maddy had realized that what her arms were then wrapping around wasn’t Jack, but instead just herself. Surprised, she jumped back and took a few quick glances around. Jack wasn’t there anymore. That other girl wasn’t there either… nor was the other guy…

“W-where is everyone?” She asked herself, starting to panic. They had all just… disappeared! Oh no, what if this place is haunted!? What if ghosts had snatched everyone into a realm of endless torture!? WHAT IF SHE WAS NEXT!? Oh, this was bad, this was very, very bad. Being stranded on an island is one thing, but being stranded on an island with the undead is a completely different! It was SCARY! And BAD!

Suddenly, a figure snagged her attention. Turning, Maddy saw that it was Jaime. She almost started crying out of relief. Shaky, but over joyed, she sprinted over to Jaime and tackled him to the ground.

“Oh, what a relief! There’s still somebody here! I thought I was all alone and was going to die but now I know I won’t because someone else is here and I’m not alone! 8'D”

Jaime gasped, and before he knew it he was on the ground in a heap with Maddy. "Yo, calm down. The others are in the Jungle. You'll be okay with me. They're going to get some wood. We just have to get a tiny bit of water and look in this part of the Jungle for some more plants, then we sort everything out and we'll be done." He said, standing up, turning around and offering a hand to Maddy. "Don't worry, take my hand - You'll be safe."

Jaime was attempting to recover from being bowled over. Damn. She's strong. Heh, less of a job for me.

“In the jungle…?” Maddy echoed, her eyes looking up as if in thought. “Oh, in the jungle! Okay!” She latched her hand onto Jaime’s, almost crushing it, and gratefully allowed him to help her up.

“We’ll definitely not get hurt if we stick together! But, I’m still kind of worried about Jack… uh, and that other girl… What if they get hurt!? Maybe we should find them! There are lots of dangerous things around here…” Her memories trailed back to the monster.

“On second thought, maybe we should stay here, it’s much safer! They’ll be alright, right? I mean… they’re smart, right? They know what they’re doing…” Maddy was on the verge of rambling again.

"Don't worry! Jack's pretty strong and i think Emmalee is too. Come on, Maddy. Also..

Do you speak any french? I mean.. Well.." Jaime played with his thumbs for a moment. "Vous faites mon coeur sauter un battement... J'ai besoin de vous plus que l'air, Je T'aime Mon petit chou-fleur." He smiled hopefully, putting his spare hand on hers.

"Maddy, If you understood a word i just said, you'll probably know what i'm getting at." He grinned, his teeth sparkling.

Maddy shut up the second Jaime started saying… whatever it was he was saying, and stared at him blankly. For a few seconds, she actually stopped thinking from utter confusion. When he finished speaking, there was a long pause.

“I…” Her voice trailed off, with her eyebrows knitting together as if in thought.

“I…” She put her hand to her chin.

“I…” She was getting closer to what she was trying to say.

“I… I don’t speak Latin?” was her final answer.

"Ugh. Maddy!" Jaime groaned. "I'm saying i need you more than air. Maddy, i love you. You're strong, kind, funny, got a temper and you look really beautiful!"

Jaime poured his heart out for her, and held her hand tightly.

"I know you like Jack and all.. But please Maddy, can i have a chance?" He begged, his grip tightening.

"Maddy, I-.. I-..


I love you."

Maddy paused for a moment, tilting her head to the side.

“Uh…”

Well, this was certainly unexpected. Her mind went blank. She had absolutely no idea of what she was to do or how she would respond.

So, she did the first thing that came to mind.

Maddy turned around on her heel, and ran. She ran as fast as she could, right into the forest. She ran even when she ran out of breath. Eventually, she stopped her trip, and when she did, she took a good look at her surroundings and came to a quick conclusion- she was lost.
