Introduction
But word spreads and soon it is no longer a secret and the races know that in order to stop and evil from spreading they will have to search out the Rogue Kyret and kill him. Kyret plans to use a magic that taints the energy running through the person's body, the very source of their racial powers. In doing so he creates loyal and powerful liches that will fight for him to conquer Geledon and whatever may lie across the borders.
This is a free play role play. The end goal is to find Kyret and stop him, how you do that and who you meet along the way is all up to you. . If you wish to play another race you should PM with a description and a plausible story how they got into Geledon which is mostly closed off by mountains, desert, a giant forest, and the ocean. Here are the three races that live in Geledon naturally.
The Dramadahd: A race of humanoids, the Dramadahd have insectoid wings and a brightly colored sheen to the shaded places of their bodies. Their hairs run anywhere from natural colors into brilliant shades like flowers. Magically they are earth attuned, highly elemental, and good with animals. Historically they have always been a slave race to the Eolcine until their population grew large enough and the were emancipated.
The Eolcine: The Eolcine are humanoid in shape but range from six feet to seven feet tall. They are thin, have willowy limbs, and pale skin and hair (The paler the high bred they are). Their ears are long, running parallel to their heads and extending two our three inches behind (Elf ears. Think WoW.) The Eolcine have High Magics meaning they can use Rune Magic, Elemental Magic, or Illusion Magic. (As long as you put limitations of some sort on your magic use you can use your imagination.) Historically the Eolcine are highly arrogant. They lord over the other races and do not allow interbreeding with any sort of outsider. They are proud, self righteous, and generally cranky.
The Dwarves: Think traditional LotR dwarves. Magically they are attuned to stone and lightning. They keep to themselves in their mountains and basically told
the Eolcine that they could go jump on spikes for all the dwarves cared. They are warlike and gruff but generally cheerful and good with their hands.
Geography: The Eolcine live in the floating city named "The Citadel". Other races are rarely allowed there so there was a city built beneath it so that the races could have commerce together though only low bred Eolcine visit Undercity for more than a brief time.
The Dramadahd live in the Border Forest, in tree cities, though Eolcine and Dwarves are naturally welcome there they rarely come because the cities are hard to find.
The Dwarves live in their mountain halls in the Crone's Cradle mountains that spread over the northern part of Geledon.

Setting
0.00 INK
Curiosity pricked at her, objects, scents, and foods she had never seen before pulled at her attention. She pressed onward, ignoring the little grabs at her attention. An Eolcine was above all this muck and bustle... Surely. So she had been told at least. It was hard to argue with what had been ingrained into her head since she could understand... and she had a task which remained more important to her than the most beautiful treasure Undercity had to offer. She had been given and order by the Captain of the Guard. Find Remalno Haslo and retrieve the information he had brought back. It wasnt the most informative order but she knew of Remalno's habits well enough to be able to find him.
It, in fact, had taken more time than she had anticipated, already having spent half a day down in the dirty streets. She was at the last place she could think to look before she had to really start getting her hands dirty. The little shop, a collection of books and magic oddities, looked like the only thing keeping it upright were the newer edifices on either side. Peeling red paint showed wooden shingles and a sign waggling precariously in the slight wind read "Gregorio's Odds and Ends". With a sigh and a sharp nod she pushed the door open and ignored the tinkling of tiny bells.
