I'm Jonathan McCoy, aged 20 years, officer. I'm a 6ft tall caucasian with an athletic build that has some muscle to it. I dress in a T-shirt with a pop culture reference on it, with a sleeveless jacket over that, some track pants, and black/white hi tops.

Personality

Some would call me lazy, selfish, and downright stupid, a complete loser...But those are also the people who're failing the grade in class or something. Others have called me Decent, nice, an all around good guy. True though, I might be a little lazy…well…whatever!…

History

Jack is a lazy ass slacker who only gets up to practice martial arts, or shoot his gun. He started off surrounded by dangerous hipsters and other such dastardly cliques living in the apartments near his. Due to a lack of employment, he gave bounty hunting a try, and with time, got used to the job, practically treating it like a game now, and enjoying it so much he was able to make a living, especially thanks to the fact there were all kinds of criminals hidden away in Tokyoronto.

There is another side he see's to it though, besides cash and power: He uses it to take the law into his own hands. To go where the police can't, and won't, and bring people to justice. At a young age, his father had been murdered, and his mother murdered, and raped. The police just took a look, and did nothing. Even saw one of them getting cash from a shady guy in a suit. Since then, he feels there aren't enough honest, non-corruptible law men out there...
