History: Dallas was Born in a Vault a few miles from New Vegas. In the Vault life was terrible once a power generator Malfunction and Leaked Radioactive contaminates through out the the vault.
causing Dalla's scared and burned bod. He was one of the few surviving the radiation then mental Degradation of the vault residents who eventually became cannibalistic. Dallas and two other's escaped. Through the Vault access and made there way to New Vegas. Where soon after his two companion's who left the vault with him died when their bodies could not adapt to the environment. Now Dallas travels the area as a helmeted wanderer dissembling a Veteran Ranger.
