Since the beginning of time, magic has been working itself in the world. From Dragons to Witches. A coven decided that, to keep peace within the magical community, they should become the peacekeepers if you will. For hundreds of years, they recruited more and more witches and keep order in the world. A group of three witches, two boys and a girl, decided that the witches should not have any control over the magical community.

They tried to think of many ways to combat the witches but come up with nothing. They finally learned of a powerful force that could destroy the Witches. His name...was Satan. They went to Satan asking if he could help them. Satan agreed but on three conditions. First, he must be given two virgins as sacrifices. Second, He will be allowed to roam the world doing as he likes. Finally, they must swear their allegiance to him and no other. They agreed and sacrificed two virgins. They then swore that he could have full independence within the world after he has completed their task. Finally, they spilled their blood into a goblet which contained the blood of Satan himself and then each drank from it. All of these things, unbeknownst to the three, broke the seal holding Satan within his prison. He followed them and a war wages between the witches and Satan. Needless to say, the witches lost. Satan then killed the three friends and attacked every magical creature. For two hundred years, Satan walked the Earth destroying all who crossed his path.

A group of Seven powerful witches finally banded together and fought Satan. One girl, Sarah Darkholme, sacrificed herself to entomb Satan again. The world was left with little magic left for hundreds of years. Magic finally grew back to about half of what it was and the witches regained control.

Three children, who are direct decedents of the original seven, have decided to bring back Satan when the witches start to gain to much power. The remaining decedents of the original seven must try and stop those who are bringing back the Devil.

There are seven types of witches:

Rhymes

They use rhymes to cast powerful spells which can do anything. They cannot, however, use their powers for personal gain. Every word used gets weaker and weaker each time the caster uses it. Eventually, some words will not even be usable for spells.
(Based upon the spell types of Hunted and Haunted.)

Songs

These witches use the pitch of their voices and the way the project their voices to cast powerful spells. They tend to use more charming spells than anything.

Single Word

Each word can be used as many times as need but these spells are substantially weaker than normal spells.

Drawings

This group of witches can conjure inanimate objects, and if powerful enough can conjure living beings, and can alter reality through drawings, paintings and crafting (sculptures etc.)

Blood

These witches can use their own, and other beings', blood to cast incredibly powerful spells. The strength depends on the amount of blood and what type of blood it is and how fresh it it is etc. One drop of pigs blood could give someone boils where as a drop of fresh human blood could send someone into a coma and a drop of witch's blood can make someone sick to the point of near death. They tend to use curses but can use other spells as well. Due to how much power they use to cast blood spells, these witches can only use a few spells daily. Most blood spells are forbidden: death spells etc. though history they have been known to be evil but they can use their magic for good too.
TAKEN

Totems

They can use voodoo magic channeled through a voodoo doll. It takes a while to create a voodoo doll. What you can do with the doll is limited to how powerful you are. They tend to use mind control and can easily attack people with their magic.

Necromancers

They can communicate and be possessed by the dead. If the witch is powerful enough, they can even revive the dead, but only temporarily.

The ones who have been deemed evil will be the three trying to revive the ultimate evil, Satan.
there are also Human characters and it is very common for a witch and a human to fall in love. but the human is almost always in danger for that love.
I will maybe accepting doubles of the Seven types if your Character is good enough.
