Pokey Means Business--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Age: 40 (Relative to human years)
Gender: Male
Race: Magnezone
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Physical Description: Nikolai is a Magnezone with a Scope Lens to the side of his eye and two cloth pouches hanging from his magnet hands. Occasionally he wears a lab coat, but it very rarely stays on due to the shape of his body not exactly working well with it.
Personality: Nikolai is first and foremost a scientist. Eager to find out how things tick, he will never accept the answer “magic did it” as an explanation as to how things work. Having been discriminated against for trying to be both a scientist and a Pokémon, he has developed a bitter distrust of humans and a firm belief in Pokémon superiority, but is still nicer about it than, say, Fatum.
History: The former head researcher at the Green Cave, Nikolai was traumatized when Colonel, his experiment in genetic splicing, killed his entire research team, including his father Pavlov. After the disbanding of the Green Cave, Nikolai has taken numerous odd jobs trying to fix up and improve various places around the planet, but has often been rejected or ignored in favor of non-Pokémon scientists.
Equipment: Nikolai carries pouches full of various bits of scrap metal that he can manipulate into any shape he wants – nothing too big, mind you, but still.
Abilities: Being a Magnezone, Nikolai has natural control over magnetic force and is capable of manipulating metal, or applying positive and negative magnetic forces to people and manipulating that. To cover for things that are not metal, Nikolai can fire Magnet Bombs and electric blasts at people.
Other: Do NOT get Nikolai started on science. Seriously, don’t. You’ll be there a while.
