Physical Description: A blonde-haired man usually found in a yellow coat. He wears bandages over the left side of his face and torso in order to cover the wounds left on him by the Organ Grinder’s handiwork.
Personality: Reign Fire seems very mature beyond his years, almost like some type of wise old sage. He rarely if ever loses his composure, remaining calm and quiet almost all of the time. He also has a strong sense of loyalty towards those he calls his friends.
Equipment & Abilties: Reign Fire is able to generate and manipulate both fire and electricity from his body, making him quite formidable.
History: Part of a tribe that could control the powers of flame and lightning, Reign Fire’s life became a disaster when his tribe was attacked by the Organ Grinder and a band of mercenaries. Reign Fire’s family and friends were all dissected by the madman, who wished to learn the secrets of their power, and Reign Fire was the only survivor, although he was not left unscathed—the Organ Grinder took some of his organs as well, and left him with a limited life span. Reign Fire knows that his time is just about up, but he hopes to do as much good as he can in the time that he has left… and that includes at last bringing the Organ Grinder to justice.

Aria notices the red dot, and throws something between its source and Adel - a small hovering cube-shaped machine called a Block Buddy. It projected some kind of barrier behind Adel while he and Nemea focused on extracting the bullet.
The probe should be at the bullet now. It began excising it out of Toniyo's flesh with a small warm claw.

"Don't just stand there! Kill that sniper!" Crunch is charging towards the sniper with Hazel and Zarenta following him.
With just a red dot to go on, Crunch, Hazel, and Zarenta probably don't have a good grasp on the sniper's exact position. As they go charging off in the vague direction they think the dot is coming from, they hear clicking noises under their feet, followed by something underfoot lighting up.
The sniper, wherever he is, fires, but the bullet is intercepted by the Block Buddy as the red dot disappears.

"You don't, which is why you should bring lots and lots of men!" replies Sockie. "You want to capture us, don't you? You'll never get an opportunity as majestic as this one, my friend!"
"Oh dear...Come on, brother!" Red veiled herself within her Cloak of Secrets and dashed toward the group that went down below to snatch them away from whatever trap they triggered.
You'd think that this extraction would be painful for Toniyo. But then again, River had extended one of the tubes in his helmet's mouth, having it inject Toniyo with some kind of anesthetic. Hopefully, it keeps his mind and body steady.
"(?) What did - ?" Aria asked out of curiosity.
"It's the same anesthetic fluid that my armor's pack produces," River said. "It stabilizes the body and mind."
"So that's how you could take all those hits," Adel pointed out. "That's amazing!"
"..." River merely returned a hollow glance to Adel.
"...Okay, just...complimenting..." Adel said.
"Round is extracted," Nemea said as the probe removed the bullet from Toniyo's lung. "Now cauterizing." The probe applied heat to seal up the wound left inside by the bullet.

Crane suddenly hangs up the phone.
Meanwhile, three dots appear on the foreheads of Zarenta, Hazel, and Crunch. Three snipers. Three mines, probably shrapnel-based like the one that got Quintus.
Red only has time to save one.

"Nnrgh..... Thank you..." Toniyo felt a bit of pain in him, but he will be fine after this.
"Not again!!" Crunch yelled, "You mean there's more snipers?!"
"Why is this never easy?" Hazel groaned.
"It's never easy... We can't escape at all... Not with the snipers and the mines. If you have any idea how to avoid this, do it now.
"...Red, don't worry about me. I know how to handle this."
Crunch withdraws himself in his own shell to protect himself from headshots.
"Zarenta! I really don't know if you can surviv---"
"Trust me, Haruna... I know what I can do. I was hoping this would never come to this, but I have no choice." Zarenta pulls out the bazooka and readies himself to rocket jump, "Red! Save Hazel!" Then he rocket jumps out of the way to safety.
"Not again!!" Crunch yelled, "You mean there's more snipers?!"
"Why is this never easy?" Hazel groaned.
"It's never easy... We can't escape at all... Not with the snipers and the mines. If you have any idea how to avoid this, do it now.
"...Red, don't worry about me. I know how to handle this."

It's just mere moments before the mines go off. A corner of Red's cloak reached out and snatched Hazel away, bringing him inside with Red.
Meanwhile, Nemea's probe has exited Toniyo's body, tossing the bullet aside and cauterizing the entry wound.
"And...that should do it!" Adel said.
"Keep your guard up," River told Toniyo. "We don't want to spend our time with this again."
"Don't worry, I'll stick with you," Aria said to Toniyo. "I'm not much of a fighting type...but I know how to set up support drones like this one!"
Meanwhile, Nemea's probe has exited Toniyo's body, tossing the bullet aside and cauterizing the entry wound.
"And...that should do it!" Adel said.
"Keep your guard up," River told Toniyo. "We don't want to spend our time with this again."
"Don't worry, I'll stick with you," Aria said to Toniyo. "I'm not much of a fighting type...but I know how to set up support drones like this one!"
MINE RESULTS OOOH:
Crunch: A shot flies over Crunch's head as the mine explodes beneath him, sending bits of shrapnel at him. Several pierce the shell, and a few might even reach skin. Who knows whether or not they pierced that/organs as well?
Hazel: Hazel's probably the safest from the flying shrapnel and the sniper bullet, given the Cloak of Secrets seems to be immune to absolutely everything.
Zarenta: Dude, seriously? Zarenta's idea of escaping an exploding, shrapnel-filled mine is to shoot another explosion at it? That is stupid as hell. The shrapnel is propelled farther, thanks to Zarenta adding another explosion to the mix, and many bits of it impale him. He does dodge the sniper bullet, though, which is nice.

Crunch is apparently wearing a helmet, so perhaps he should at least suffer a slight bit of damage. As for the explosion, Crunch wasn't so lucky.
"URK.... JEEZ.... I think one of them is stuck on my ass..." Crunch twitched in pain, "HELP!"
"Crunch! Oh no...!!"
"URGHH..." Toniyo snarled, "They will pay for this...."
Zarenta is also in pain. Perhaps he should've thought of this sooner. Haruna screamed in horror while witnessing the result. It seems as though the heroes will not win the battle this time. If only they had more people to fight against them...

The cloak touched down as it unfurled, Red letting go of Hazel.
"Now for the other one..." Red said, going to retrieve Zarenta and Crunch.

"Well, I really hope that worked..." remarks Sockie before looking around, only to see Sockra, Reign Fire, and Paratrol. "Wait, where the hell did the others go?!"
"Ahead." says Sockra. "You took a while on there."
"Well, we gotta catch up with 'em!" exclaims Sockie. "AND THAT INCLUDES YOU, BRIMMY!"
"I AM COMING, MORTAL!" shouts Brimstone from where he, Gumble, and Quintus are.

"Argh...---" while in pain, Zarenta then finds a red dot, "RED!!! SNIPER!!!"
"Somebody please kill the sniper!" Crunch yelled, "Majestic is cheating!!"
Meanwhile, Gumble, who just finished healing Quintus, joins Brimstone and the others.

Red's cloak extended its corners around Zarenta and Crunch, rolling them further into its fabric. Red then leaped back from the sniper's laser guide, her cloak still holding Zarenta and Crunch.

We can safely assume that everyone has SOME method of nullifying or avoiding the sniper shots at this point, as the group eventually arrives... at a turret with a single long barrel, with a simple laptop computer at its side. Apparently this was what was causing the sniper shots.
