GENERAL APPERANCE
If there is one word that can be used to describe Mizore, that word would be "snow-like", and considering his roots, this should come off as a no-brainer. A lot of times, people may mistake him to be a male version of Snow White - a fact that he is secretly quite proud of. His hair is white and fluffy to the touch and so does his skin, bearing a pale-ish though mostly fair complexion, with natural pinkish lips that are extremely kissable soft.
In terms of his physique, Mizore is certainly much younger than his age. He is mostly slim, though it is not hard to spot some curves of muscles all over his arms - the very proof of his arduous training and his usual movements are flexible and fluids. However, it is rather notable that comparison to the average height of his age, Mizore is a bit... not up to par. Thus, it is advisable not to mention the word "short" or anything synonymous within his presence at all costs.

The snow is calm and tranquil, continuously falling, quietly singing all to a deep, undisturbed slumber. Despondent, yet alluring. Clement, yet persevering. And there is simply nothing in this world that could describe Mizore as a being so perfectly, like the snow. The world might have been such a cruel place, where order and chaos fight each other for dominance. Yet, amidst all such havoc, he will continue to remain calm. Rarely ever loses his temper and always speaks and behaves in a serene manner, Mizore welcomes all with open arms into the comfort of his embrace.
Yet, when it comes down to battle, however, calmness becomes Mizore's deadliest weapon. In all situations, he will never panic, nor will he let any movements become wasted. Swiftly and gracefully, Mizore strikes down all obstacles who stand in his path, befitting the codename given to him. He holds a strong loyalty and adherence to orders, but has no qualms straying from them should it serves the greater good. Additionally, while Mizore is a pacifist at heart, he is far from naïve, and seldom has he found difficulties turning the tides in his favor.

➤ Mizore has the tendency to touch other's people face and body (with their permissions) to get an idea of how they look. He also enjoys humming lullabies whenever he is focusing on something and he often sleeps with his eyes' covering on, mostly because he always forgets to take them off.

Except for his sense of sight which he lost at his birth, Mizore's other four senses: hearing, tasting, smelling and feeling are more acute than that of a normal person by an extreme margin. For instances, he is capable of listening to the sound of a drop of water from several miles away, feeling the smallest cracks on the table, etc. This enables him to "see" the world around him in a special way, as well as allowing him to predict and defend against the movements of his opponents with great precision, along with a diversity of many other applications.

As his senses are so sensitive, a lot of times many unwanted things that Mizore wouldn't want to sense become clear and this often causes annoyance, although he had learnt to block out his other senses to focus on one so this is somewhat subverted.
ICE MANIPULATION

Inherited from his mother who is a Snow Demon, Mizore has the power to conjure and control ice. There are many applications to this ability: he can create ice as sharp projectiles to launch at his opponent, reduce the temperature and summon a blizzard within the vicinity of a room, freezing a considerable body of water, etc. In addition, Mizore also gains a rather strong resistance to coldness, which allows him cope with environments that are otherwise unbearable by normal people.

The main downside to this ability is that he becomes more sensitized and adversed to heat, thus making him unsuitable for places that are too hot. Additionally, although his power is still developing, there will be a limit to how far he can control ice as he is only a half, and long uses will be incredibly taxing. Finally, while he is resistant to coldness, he is not immune to it.

Born as the intersection between humanity and the great unknown, it goes without saying that Mizore was considered an abomination the moment of his conception. Abandoned and isolated, it was but sheer miracles that he had managed to live on and survived on himself for so long, even more so with his sense of sight taken away from him.
That was his story until after more than 8 years of long of living within the wilderness of Japan, a mysterious figure called "Grimm" stood before him and offered him to join the ranks of the so-called "Fairies."
Once, his disability filled him with nothing but greyness and nihilism. But now, given a new chance in life, he had come to realize that all that even without his eyes, his world is just as vibrant and full of life through the lenses of his heart. Thanks to the strength given to him by those who had shown him that he was not alone, Mizore shall stand strong to protect the goodness he always endears.
