Alex heard Jack screaming his name from the back of the bus. "Jack?" Alex walked into Jack on the floor in pain. "Jack, Jack! You okay? Baby what's wrong?" Alex bent down to get a closer look at Jack. His boyfriend was in so much pain, he was going to cry. "Do you need an ambulance? Alex was genuinely freaking out... Before Jack could answer he took out his phone and dialed "9-1-1" When the operator picked up asking the emergency Alex tried to remain calm. "My boyfriend is on the floor screaming in pain, I think it's a headache. He's just collapsed there screaming." The man on the other line remained calm. "How old is he?" "23!" Alex rushed out. The operator asked his address and/or whereabouts. Alex quickly told him as he hung up and hugged Jack more. Please baby be alright." Alex clung to Jack as hey waited for the ambulance.

Jack grabbed Alex's hand and squeezed it tightly, his head was still pounding. Tears started streaming down his face, he wasn't sure how much more of this pain he could handle. Jack held onto Alex tightly, not wanting to let go. He hoped that the emts would let Alex come onto the ambulance with him. There was a knock on the door and the emts rushed in with a gurney and carefully lifted Jack up and put him onto it. "Alex... don't leave me." He mumbled reaching his hand out towards Alex. The tears started falling down his face again, the pain was killing him.

Alex ran out to go with Jack. A man around 35 held out his hand stopping Alex. "You can't go with, there's not enough room." Alex panicked and grabbed Matt's keys. "Hope he doesn't mind me going out." Alex sighed as he grabbed them from the counter and ran out to the van. He quickly put the key in the ignition and drove off following the ambulance. "I'm coming baby!" Alex screamed knowing Jack couldn't hear him. The ambulance pulled into the ambulance port as Alex quickly found a parking spot. He parked the van, locked it and ran out to catch up with the EMT's. He arrived up to the ambulance as soon as they were taking Jack out. "Jack!" he called. Alex rushed up to one of the EMT's. "Is he okay? What's wrong? How long is he gonna be here?" Alex flooded the man with questions. "Please calm down sir." The man replied in a monotone. "We're trying t figure out what's wrong. You're welcome to come back as soon as he's stabilized, but until then, wait in the waiting room." About 30 minutes later a nurse went into the waiting room and said he could go back now. Alex entered the room he was directed to. "Jack?" Alex then got a text. "From Flyzik. View. Ignore." Alex opened the text. "Where is the van Alex?" Alex closed the text and turned back to Jack. "Jack, baby?"

He cried harder when he heard the EMT telling Alex that he couldn't come with them. The EMT tried to get Jack to calm down but he couldn't. Jack's head starting hurting even more when he starting crying which only caused him to cry harder. Eventually, Jack ended up crying himself to sleep. He heard doctors walking into and out of his room whispering about him. He opened one eye and looked around the room. There was no one around, and his head hurt significantly less. He closed his eyes again and fell back asleep. He woke up awhile later to the sound of his boyfriend's voice. "ALEX, BABY!" He said happily. He reached out and grabbed Alex's hand pulling him close to him. "Did the doctors tell you what the hell is wrong with me?" He asked, looking into Alex's eyes.

Alex hugged Jack back. "Oh. No one said anything except I had to wait to come back and see you. I have no clue what's going on with you." Alex looked into Jack's eyes concerned. "I did get a text from Flyzik concerning the van though." Ale put on a fake smile. Alex sat there for what seemed like hours holding Jack's hand when a doctor came in. "Hello boys." He stated before continuing. "We can't pin-point exactly why he was hurting that bad to be honest." the doctor said with a straight face. Alex let go of Jack's hand and covered his mouth. "We're pretty sure it's nothing major... But we still don't know. Have you been drinking and/or doing drugs lately?" the doctor asked. Alex looked into Jack's scared eyes.

Jack picked up on Alex's fake smile almost immediately he felt bad that Alex was all upset because of him. Jack squeezed Alex's hand tightly. He listened as the doctor spoke and thought back to the past few days. He knew for sure that he hadn't done any drugs. "I haven't had an alcohol in the past 24 hours... if that's what you're asking. And I don't do drugs. But, you don't think that it's something serious Doc?" He asked looking up at the doctor. He bit down on his lip, nervous as to what the doctor's response would be. He looked at Alex, studying his face. He looked as if he was trying to keep himself from crying in front of the doctor. "I love you, Lex." Jack whispered hoping that it would make Alex feel at least a little bit better.

The doctor listened to Jack intently. "Hmmm, Okay. We're going to run more test now." The doctor quickly left before getting back to work. Alex looked up to Jack. "Damn. Didn't know it was that bad..." Alex looked down at his vibrating phone, it said "From Flyzik. View. Ignore." "It's Flyzik again. I probably should answer him. Alex opened the text. "Where the fuck are you, Jack, & the van?!?" it read. Alex decided to text him back. "We're all at the hospital. Jack had a headache to the point he was screaming and couldn't move, we had to call 911." Alex hit send and looked at Jack again. "I love you." The doctor came back in the room. "We think you might have hit your head, but you don't remember... Or you had a blood vessel pop. Have you been doing anything rough that could trigger the blood vessel to pop?" Alex looked to Jack once more when he got a text. "From Flyzik. View. Ignore." Alex quickly hit ignore as he looked up to listen.

Jack nodded slowly when the doctor told him that they needed to run more tests. Jack squeezed Alex's hand tightly, he didn't want to let go. Jack was scared out of his mind when the doctor started talking about the blood vessel pop. His head started spinning and he closed his eyes. "I love you too." Jack whispered before he passed out. Jack heard Alex saying his name but he couldn't move or open his eyes. He wanted to answer Alex so that he would know that he could hear him but he couldn't bring himself to talk. Jack knew that he hadn't hit his head or anything so he wondered why this was happening to him now. He just wanted everything to go back to normal so that he could tell Alex confidently that everything was going to be okay.
