It's late 2012. And Metro City aims to be the city of the future, boasting a very sci fi style city, complete with a place of learning known as Metro High, a Public High School known as the top place to send students, boasting a high budget that isn't afraid to spend some big bucks on the latest, and greatest equipment for its students.



Attending Metro High is possibly its greatest student in history, A teenage girl by the name of 'Kitty.' Her parents, though strict, have helped her to prosper into one of the greatest minds the building has to offer, casually passing the most advanced classes all within her first year and currently relaxing a bit in terms of the classes she takes, her academic future assured. But even that just isn't enough. She's pushed to the limit in other areas, like playing a couple instruments, and practicing her heavenly singing voice, and her psychic powers. No seriously. PSYCHIC POWERS. That's the one thing people seem to really care about, especially the school and government. Gifts like that are often exploited, especially with Kitty's degree of control and level of power, where others have been ignored and given little care, especially to powers that are more physical based, or just plain out useless… Anyways, Kitty has had about ENOUGH of her old lifestyle, with things beginning to tighten around her. Her parents are starting to choose her friends and are even trying to pick out her future husband early and the school finally beginning to try and study her powers for their personal uses. It all makes her want to scream.

So, after an explosion of ESP Energy due to some major RAGE, she left the house. Things were pretty…adequate, at first. She got to buy herself some candy, saw some sights she had never seen before due to being cooped up in the house. Even used her powers for fun and games. Things were nicer this way, her parents starting to take more business trips, and her deciding to sneak out more often like this.

Then came the faithful encounter.

Kitty was just walking down the street when she was suddenly pulled into an alleyway by a small gang of guys. Now, all hope seemed lost, until that red blur appeared before her eyes, and the furious roar of anger from a newcomer...

"HORAAA!!"

And in a burst of fury, fists met faces, and little Kitty was unharmed. Standing over her was a young man who looked to be as old as she was, another delinquent, only he was different. This one was scolding the others, passionately raging about how they gave guys like him a bad name, even checking to make sure she was okay (or he'd beat the living hell out of them). She quickly befriended him, following him that day and learning how to have a little leisure, eating a couple snacks and sweet treats together, shopping, catching a movie or two, playing at the arcade, and other things along those lines. He was her rebel. a kindhearted one at that, who stood for justice despite being labeled a thug and an outcast.

And she just can't help but realize that she's in love with this boy. And he might just love her back. Only problem is, no one wants to make this easy for them. The school doesn't want her 'falling in' with a 'bad crowd' and want to keep her away from him. Other gangs might want to hurt her to get to him, or hold her for ransom, seeing as she's from a family of great wealth, or whatever else. And through all of this, despite her being this genius psychic, he an average martial artist, he promised he'd always be there if he needed her. Just like that first day.

Kitty's sister is actually a delinquent like the guy her younger sister is in love with. This is mainly due to the fact Kitty had all the attention being second born…kinda made her turn a tad EVIL!

3) The Delinquent: (JayZeroSnake)

A young man with great willpower, often viewed as a criminal by some, a hero by others.



4) The Delinquent's older brother:

A Veteran delinquent who aims to conquer Metro High, considered by most gangs to be the "untouchable school." Now, he's not inherently evil… just power hungry. Also plans on fighting his little brother one day in a big final showdown.
