Personality: Shy from the begining, Tori was never one to question the scientists. At first, she kept her distance from the other children and experiments, but soon learned that there was safety in numbers. She quickly made freinds, but retained her shy nature. It's very rare that the young girl would get mad, but when she did, the scientists knew better then to be around.
Effect from Serum: Elongated ears, and silver eyes. She gained the appearance of an elf. And with the appearance came the power. With a simple wave of her hand, Tori was able to conjure any manifestation of constellations that she needed.
