Introduction
Ronald Reagan
Information is not knowledge.
Albert Einstein
Computers used to devour a room, now they fit inside a man's brain. Technology is ever advancing, question is, can we keep up?
This question was posed by a scientist named Ryan Wilbert. He studied neurology and the affects of imaging within the brain. He was, in essence, one of the first to work on the Intersect project. Working side by side with Orion, Taurus (Dr. Ryan Wilbert) helped build the intersect and he watched it die twice in the hands of the first intersect, but their second intersect wouldn't make those mistakes. Nothing would hold them back. Only their imagination limited them now.
Now in his late fifties, Taurus has been assigned the new intersect project in New York. The new recruit seemed willing, excited, and well-trained. The missions that would follow the implantation of the images would be test runs before the real fun began. Taurus understood the challenges that loomed above them, the formidable and unexpected problems that could creep up, yet he still wanted to do it. Can we keep up?

Agents
Within the Intersect Project:
Agents: You will be doing field work and helping to protect the Intersect. You'll work hand-in-hand with the handlers. (You'll be doing sort of an RP with-in an RP. You'll run missions and fight the ring while helping with the intersect.
Handlers: You'll work directly with the Intersect, you'll be the primary agents assigned to the Intersect himself. You will work with agents and you must be the best of the best.
Scientists: Working with the intersect, you'll check vitals, work on weapon systems, and try to hide from The Ring and Fulcrum. (See the note about Double Agents below, it applies to you as well.)
Overseers: Generals, project managers, etc. You'll won't do as many missions so much as give orders and handle the agents and such. (I'll only need one or two.)
Within Division 13: The Ring:
Agents: Your primary goal will be killing agents within the government and to steal any information and technology you can. You'll have to be quicker and faster than the other agents if you ever want to run another mission.
Overseers: You'll send out orders and control the agents, you might deal directly with double agents. (only need one.)
Scientists: Top of the line gear is your style, you're working day and night to build your own intersect in order to have one up on the government. You need to be the smartest of the smartest.
Within Fulcrum:
Agents: Field Work, see Division 13.
Double Agents: You can be a double agent, just tell me and not anyone else; I'll inform the others in your group and none others.
Note: I won't be playing a main character in this, I will describe where you are, give you missions, and guide you slightly... From there, you may take off and do whatever, I may occasionally throw up some obstacles, but as far as I'm concerned, you're the ones writing the story
Division 13
The division of The Ring bent on bringing the intersect down and building their own. They have their own scientists, agents, overseers, handlers.
The Ring: The Ring is an anti-government agency determined to take over the government and replace the leaders of the CIA, FBI, and NSA down and replace them with their own "Elders" or leaders. They have access to the same resources as the government, if not more.
Sector 3
The last of Fulcrum that still remains, they're trying to build their organization back.
Fulcrum: The agency that came before The Ring, they are a dying organization that now must compete with The Ring while trying to build their group back up. They have limited resources, but enough to do some damage.
If you need to know anything else, please ask.
Ok, I wasn't thinking when I first set this up, I suppose I should explain what the "Intersect" is.
*SPOILERS (FOR THE SHOW)* (After the second/third season you'll know all this, I hope.)
The Intersect is a joint-government agency project. The initial reasoning for the project was "it will create the perfect soilder".
It was started by a man named "Orion", (Chuck's Dad), and it was supposed to go into Bryce's brain (that's an agent). Basically, information is encoded into images and the person's subconscious absorbs the information. When the information is triggered the person, or Intersect, will "Flash" or see the image that has the information then the information itself and their flash will end with the beginning photo. Anything can trigger a "flash": someone's voice, a karate move, an object (a guitar is used in one episode), and even someone's face can set off a flash.
Not everyone can be an intersect, though, only people with the mental capabilities to retain certain information are able to "absorb" the intersect and all the information. Recently, the intersect in Burbank has been causing some mind trouble with the subject, Charles Bartowski, and the scientist have been working on a "governor", or brain monitoring device that will help keep the signals from the intersect in check.
I think I covered most of it, if you have anymore questions about the intersect, google it or ask me. :)

YES! I'm so joining this one! It'd better turn out good, because if we ruin the awesomeness that is Chuck, I'm gonna smack someone.
