Mr. Macky (No one knows his full name)

He has it on the bottom of his wrist. He keeps it hidden with gloves most of the time however. When he preforms spells it glows a shining gold.

Appearance: The only discrepancies from his picture are his eyes. They are a deep black. In fact when he uses intense magic the sclera, the white part, in his eyes will disappear. Again he has the tattoo on his wrist.
Preferred Clothing: A cloak (like the one in the pic.) with light clothes on underneath. Normally padded but still relatively thin. The only time he wears armor is when he is conversing with Typhon, which he has done on three occasions.

Mission Clothing: He always keeps his face covered and normally wears a dark cloak. He wears a short sword which he keep in a scabbard on his waist. He is loaded down with powders, ingredients, and vials and more then 20 amulets. His staff is his primary weapon and he almost never puts it down.

Personality: Mr. Macky is a mystery. He is pleasant, enough, and almost never upsets anyone. He is a wonderful teacher and helps any child that needs it. However everyone gets the feeling that he purposely stays distant from them. This is basically true but it's only because he's lost so many good friends on missions that he doesn't want to lose any more. Often Macky would like to let someone in. But he refuses.

Power: Magic. He can feel the aura that flows all around people and things (yes like the force). He can control this aura and make things that society views as magic. For instance he can feel the aura of darkness and coax it into becoming light. This is a limited power because aura's often don't want to cooperate! He's been messing with it for so long however that he knows his way around the auric world well enough to convince most things to bend to his will.

Skills: He is a skilled swordsman and a particularly good bowman. However excels at the use of his staff. It is made of a light but indestructible alloy and he can bring even the best of swordsmen to their knees.

Personal History: Not much is known of Mr. Macky before he came to the school looking for a job. There is a rumor that he and Lily were close friends once upon a time, but neither of them talk much about the other. Napoleon however talks about him a lot. They went on a couple missions long ago and they are both equally in the others debt. However something happened between them that separated them terribly. Neither specifically talks bad about the other..... but neither puts the other in a good light either. Besides that there isn't much to tell. He hints at the adventures to all of his kids, specifically his conversations with Typhon and also standing before the Gorgons without falling, by controlling the evil aura that she projected at him, however he never out rightly tells them anything about his past. Of course very few teachers or kids take a specific interest in him.

Other: Although his face grows old his physical appearance seems to stay the same. Some theorize he has mastered immortality through potions. Others say he drank the blood of Typhon and it changed him into something....... more. But in reality he just controls the aura of time. He can stop it from draining him. This causes tension between Lily and himself, because he can almost nullify her powers. However even he can not stop her when she is truly angry.
