Hex finished bandaging his right arm and decided that his left was not in need of attention. That was something, at least.

(The medical tool at the beginning of the post is called a 'Rib Belt'. I know of their existence and i tried my best to not make a mistake with it's description and use - if anyone knows medical tools better then i and i have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to tell me. Also, i apologize for the abysmal post. Thank you ~Alice)

He laughs. "Yeah..." His eyes take on a distant look like his remembering something but he snaps back to reality saying. "Anyways it was good meeting you but i gotta get to class." He starts to walk back down the hallway toward his locker.

Valencia heard Aris chuckling; apparently he found something funny about her name? He continued to say that her name didnāt sound right, which Valencia didnāt understand. āHow about I just call you Vega?ā he suggested. āErā¦okayā¦ā she stammered a bit. She didnāt know if she much liked being called by her last nameāit made her feel a bit strange to be addressed as suchābut Valencia didnāt wish to protest or say anything against it. He would probably just continue calling her that just because heād know it annoyed her.
Aris realized that he might seem a little weird asking if she was a gammer like himself and then refusing to call her by her first name. "I'm a gammer myself my username is "Boston" maybe you've heard about my sole claim to fame? I had the top score in the world in Killzone, Halo and MW2... for about five minutes...."
Boston? Valencia recognised that nameā¦it had indeed rested at the top of the scoreboard in games such as Killzone II and Haloā¦not for long, however. āMaybe you know me as well, then.ā The girlās voice was more confident now that she knew that the person standing across from her was not only another gamer but a gamer she herself had encountered in the virtual world. āIām ValenciaEstrellas. I had the top score for another five minutes after taking it from you, āBostonā.ā She gave a tiny smile with her words, though her face was still downcast and obscured by black hair falling over it to see much.
Aris was truly stunned "You where the spartan last night that took that headshot on me weren't you? Yeah... I recognize the name." He Chuckled to himself. "Well I'm glad i can tell you "Well Played." In person that was a great shot... didn't even know where you came from." He was beginning to be interested in this girl for some reason those where the girls who caught his eye: The ones who could kick his butt.
Valencia smiled proudly. āYeah, that was me. Iād say you got me back pretty well when you ran me down in that ghost, thoughā¦ā That match yesterday had been a particularly heated battle. Though there were several players on either team, ValenciaEstrellas was consistently to be found at the top of the red team scoreboard, and Boston simply dominated the blue teamās score. In the end, it turned up to be more of a one on one duel between the two players. She had never expected āBostonā to be someone at her school, howeverāit seemed strange, to meet someone from the virtual world in reality, when she had such different personalities between those two worlds.
He laughs. "Yeah..." His eyes take on a distant look like his remembering something but he snaps back to reality saying. "Anyways it was good meeting you but i gotta get to class." He starts to walk back down the hallway toward his locker.

She looked up at the nurse once more and mouthed- 'thank you for the help'
The elder woman only nodded.

"Sorry, but the loss was yours." She said, trying to sound empathetic. She got up and showed him his shirt, holding it up as she clutched the shoulders wither her hands. It was bloody and she was doing all in her power not to look at it, smell it, or think about it. "This is probably why you aren't wearing a shirt." She noticed his hoodie, and threw it at him. "Here, put this on. Freezing to death will not help you get better.'

Stiffly, he turned to look at the nurse. "Thank you," he started. "I appreciate all the work you did for me," he said, being much more polite then he had all day, really. Mrs. Callighan just smiled and waved dismissively. "It was nothing, dearie. When a youngin comes in like that, it's what every good nurse should do." she smiled kindly. "Just be more careful, young man. I don't want to see you come in like that again." she said, scolding lightly like a grandmother would. He would have put both hands up in a passive, defeated gesture if his right arm wasn't bandaged and felt like a lead weight. He hoped none of his injuries would deter his manga reading, anime watching, game playing abilities - that would suck. He lifted the left hand up to brush more strands of hair to frame his face, self-consciously.

His Calculus teacher, Mr. Iversen, was by far his favorite teacher. He had a great relationship with him, but had horrible relationships with all his other teachers, well, except Mr. Colvin. Still, it wasn't his fault that all the other teachers' classes were so boring - especially his AP European History teacher. He would have leaned forwards against his desk and rested, but found himself unable to do so. He sighed to himself, crossing his arms gingerly and sitting there - idle and irritated. He heard some people talking about his fight with Jack and laughing about his 'owning'. He turned and threw a cold glare at them, making them die down into whispers. "Fuck all." he muttered, looking back to the board.

She watched as Renee spoke to Mrs.Lassati. Wait a minute- Renee? What in the name of the flying spaghetti monster- she chuckled at her pastaferianism reference- was Renee doing in AP anything? A bit of eaves dropping revealed that she was struggling- how do you struggle on the first day? Well, you don't know what the word fathom means, and you didn't understand what essays had to do with english lit- didn't that mean burning the alphabet? Mrs. Lassati was having clear trouble keeping back a laugh at these problems from Renee, and ushered the girl on her way out of class.
Hex smiled at the teacher, and bonded happily out of the classroom.
