Setting
The Elveran Alliance is a collection of clans whom are predominantly made up of Elves. This is where their race originated, thousands of years ago. Any Elves you see elsewhere (for example, Mysticara or Benjlakk) are either immigrants or descendants of such. Each Clan has its own set of laws and its own militia, united mainly by a Council of Representatives, the representatives chosen by their respective Chieftains in their clan's name.
One of the main reasons they get along so well with both Benjlakk and Mysticara is because the two countries respect nature so well. This is also the reason the people within the Elveran Alliance do not get along with Metargo or Dwarvara that much.
